Rude and refuse refunds

I bought a £100 PC case from them through Temu, I returned it using the return QR code I was given because there was an issue and I needed to change payment method. It then got lost by EVRI.

At this point as we all know, common sense and indeed UK consumer law dictates you still have to refund the customer if your courier loses the return, and then the seller can choose to claim against the company that lost it, in this case EVRI.

These guys refuse to give refunds. They also respond to messages with a single full stop.
So I'll send a message pointing out it's been lost, showing my receipt from EVRI, showing tracking from EVRI saying they delivered it and so on. Saying you do need to refund me if your courier loses the return.

This company are rude, and ignore UK consumer law, they have garbage customer service and refuse to take responsibility, don't buy from them.

The worst company for pc builders

Beware: if you encounter issues and need to process an RMA, they will make the process extremely difficult. You will not be able to use the manufacturer's website it will be locked off to the supplier (technextday), and they WILL assume the manufacturer cannot RMA and deny the RMA. This also applies to paid services and to high-value items. Expect to be left with a useless paperweight. Look on reddit and other places for the abysmal service. They should not be operating in the UK. Steer clear of this situation at all costs!

Problem free purchase!

Fast dispatch from seller, no more than a 2 day wait, before my purchase was in the hands of the courier. The tracking was precise & the outer carriage box had sufficient bubble packaging, to hold the motherboard & it's contents safely. I'll certainly be a future buyer from this company, as my purchase of this was straightforward & problem fres!

Avoid if possible

I have no other option but to leave a review... year ago now I purchased a motherboard through Amazon who was selling the part from company called TechNextDay...my motherboard then stopped working and as under warranty I had to return it by contacting this seller. My motherboard was returned beginning of February and now over a month later and 3 emails asking for update I got nothing. No need to say Im angry, frustrated and willing to raise this issue further as my business relies on my tech equipment

Missing items

Placed a large value order on 01/03/25 and paid for next day delivery, the email confirm delivery to be made by 04/03/25 at the latest. Sunday the website has been down ever since, no one is answering the phone or answering the emails, sent to two different email addresses, one being the customer service email and another being the sales email where an auto response says this email address isn’t monitored and to raise a ticket, how can we raise a ticket when the website is down?? Giving it until 07/03/25 before requesting a charge back on my card.

As per the tracking information, your delivery was completed within two days, and you selected our FREE delivery option, which typically takes 2-3 business days.

Given that your order was placed after our 3:30 PM cut-off time, we were pleased to be able to ship it the next day and deliver it quickly. We also sent you four separate emails confirming each stage of your order's progress.

We understand that you may have had certain expectations, however, we believe the one-star review is unreasonable given the delivery speed and communication provided. We are genuinely confused by the negative review, as we feel we have outperformed what was promised.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience
Ordered and paid £139.35 for a motherboard.
Received an email saying Sorry, your order was unsuccessful.
Unfortunately, we couldn't complete your order due to an issue with your payment method.
3D Secure Scheme.
Ordered again using another payment method which was successful and the order was fulfilled.
Can't fault them on this.
However the first payment still went out of my account so I paid twice.
It wasn't on hold by my bank, they received payment.
Waited 8; days and still no refund.
Tried emailing them and got an automated reply saying.Thank you for your email inquiry.
We are very sorry to say this email address is not monitored.
I had to open a support ticket.
Got a reply saying the refund didn't process properly so issued it again.
No apology.
The refund reason they gave was customer cancelled order.
Complete rubbish.
11 days to get my money back.
Would not recommend or use again.

Silly company

Terrible company bought 2 products and cancelled them for no reason while still having them in stock, now I have to wait for my money to return so thanks technextday

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service, purchased a laptop via eBay. The laptop was faulty and the logo partially fell off one day after purchase. It was bought as a Xmas present and my daughter barely touched it as it kept shutting down. Upon return to technext day they withheld £119 as they say " it wasn't returned in the same condition" this was no fault of mine, they sold me a faulty laptop!

Terrible support

Bought DDR5 RAM from them, 2 years later it's faulty, I sent an email to support and they told me to deal with the manufacturer RMA process directly. Do not deal with this company.
