Mr. Shah has been working with me since 2019 and has been so professional and knowlegable about telling me about my computer and making me understand everything he does. That makes me feel good and I trust him and I'm very please to have him as my own personal technician.

Management is seriously lacking and unprofessional. Cant keep people on the job. likes to cut corners and hire untrained workers at the expense of the job. Will not be contracting with this company again

I have had great experience with Technico whenever I needed help with solving my computer problems. Before I joined Technico I used to go to the store. But the shops just wanted to make money and rarely fixed the problem properly. At Technico they have a very knowledgeable IT expert by the name of Shah. He is not only great professionally but also honest and very hard working.
I have seen his work on-line from tracing the problem, and fixing the bugs. Sometimes he voluntarily helps if there is something else needed to improve the function of the machine.
Shah is the only technician I trust with my laptop. Now I do not have to take the computer to a shop anymore. Technico takes care of my computer at very reasonable cost and I can reach it 24/7.at free line:

Shah was my personal technician, not only was he courteous and kind, he was very professional and helped me with my computer and never lost his patience with me. I appreciate the personal touch he always gave me when I called or he called me.

Shah my mentor did an outstanding job. He was able to work with an old man (82 yrs) and communicate extremely well. I particularly appreciated to be able to watch what he was doing live on my computer. His latest call took quite a bit of time but it was time well spent.
