Excellent customer service, they answered any concerns I had and we received a sofa that is ideal for us in 3 weeks. If I had one gripe it would be that even though we paid for the extra warranty, there were no details supplied in the, hopefully unlikely, event of a malfunction. Saying that I am sure they would help if I had to reach out to them, thank you tech sofa we love our Series 1 pro tech sofa

Absolutely brilliant sofa, waited 3 weeks for delivery. I cannot fault the quality, the price, time scale and delivery.

Very easy to order sofa fast delivery guys brought it in put where we wanted all in great service but then we went on holiday day after arrival for 2 weeks upon arrival back home we had this lovely new sofa but after just a few days we could feel support bars jagging into behind knee also when sitting on sofa you could feel like springs jagging in so after 2 weeks of being back from holiday sofa was so uncomfortable certainly not what it should be so messaged tech sofa who got guy out to check over telling me it's a good 20 minutes check over on both sofas yes both feel the same guy arrived took under 5 minutes took pics and left didn't listen to what we were telling him so report says it's settling in so after him being decided look into it further to find broken straps and other stuff so don't make same mistake as us and buy without seeing as we are getting nowhere fast

Overall, TechSofa seems to offer a great combination of style, comfort, and technology.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish! Was kept up to date from when our sofa was ready to be dispatched to delivery. The 2 guys who delivered it were really lovely. They very respectful of our home, took their time showing us how to operate our new sofa arrived exactly when they said they would and took all packaging away. Sofa is beautiful, great quality and even nicer than I imagined.

The sofas are amazing , Top Quality, Everything as advertised works perfect and the prices compared to DFS is so much more affordable.
And the wait is 2- 4 weeks , ours came in 3.
Are there any drawbacks u ask....well they advertise a white glove delivery service, that part is comical & misleading - it's 2 man and a van , and they weren't happy about coming up 3 flights of wide stairs but had no choice I guess...
Otherwise 5star service all the way and defiantly will recommend to our friends and family.........

Series 1 was lovely and recommended techsofa to everyone, have had series 6 3 months and the material is all baggy already and only 2 of us live here. It shouldn’t be like this, what will it look like ina few months time they say they will send someone independent to look at it, I will also get someone myself to look at the furniture. What more is there to say, I’m very unhappy with the series 6 with the baggy material after such a short time.

Tech sofa are a wonderful business to deal with if your not tech savvy! I counselled my original order back in February this year, got full repayment no questions at all. Then i took advantage of the 20% summer sale. Ordered and payed on line went smoothly. Then approx 3 weeks later got message from techsofa they could deliver our sofa as they were in our area. Agreed and as of wednesday August 13th our new tech sofa was delivered with care and respect. The sofa was assembled easily plugged in and everything working as it should. We are now enjoying our new series 1, 3 seater sofa with all the extras! Go check tech sofa out for yourselves how buying furniture experience should be.

Amazing. Some lovely sofas to choose from, was spoilt for choice. Ordering was easy, the price was good and the company used by Tech Sofa deliveries was second to none. The Sofa and chair are lovely, so comfortable, lovely colour, I am totally thrilled. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We have had to several replaced parts, and someone come out to fix our sofas 3/4 times.
We are now out of warranty, the units are broken again, the heaters do not work on any seats and the leather is faded and worn in parts.
When spending £4.5k, you don’t expect such terrible quality.

We originally bought our sofa in 2023, unfortunately the binding came undone within twelve months.

I dealt with Carrie and she was nothing but amazing.

Great contact fast delivery with updates on time of arrival.

My heating in the corner sofa has broken for the second time,they sent a company out months ago they ordered parts,waiting waiting had 1 email saying the parts would be in mid June here we are in August no parts. Have had to have the same part of the sofa re padded not happy!

Cannot Fault Tech Sofa at all, from placing the order to it arriving!

The sofa is amazing, lovely quality with brilliant features, delivery was quick and the guys were fabulous setting everything up. Customer service has been excellent always on hand to answer any questions and friendly with it!

Ordered a series 4 2 seater sofa. Love the sofa so comfy and really good it doesn’t have to be miles away from the wall to fully recline and the cooling cupholders are brilliant. Had a small problem with the sofa upon delivery but was sorted really quickly can’t fault techsofa for their after sales also ordered 2 of their duosleep super king mattresses and they are so good very well made

It was exactly as described.Beautiful leather and finish.Could not be happier with it.
