Dropped my laptop into the galway office for repair. with a turn around of just a couple of days I was sorted. very happy with the honest friendly service. thanks guys.

Really friendly & knowlegable staff. My problem was sorted for my broken smart phone screen. Just took a little longer than I expected. I would recommend Techstar no problem.

My phone keeps giving me a wrong part notification and my screen doesn’t respond to touch sometimes

I left my old MacBook and a portable drive into TechStar for evaluation/repair. The technicians and staff were great, friendly and informative. They went through my options and process for any repair. After I left in the items, they kept me up to date online.
Unfortunately for me, both items were too old/damaged to repair.
I would go to TechStar again as they are friendly, up front and trustworthy.

I did not end up having repair done by tech star as when I left laptop in for diagnostic I was charged 65 euro for which I was told would come off cost of repair when I rang back to get quote I was given a price of 470 which I didn’t mind but on Monday I was contacted by another member of staff and told price would now be 600 even tough the issue was the same he then tried to persuade me that I was not quoted 470 and it was a miss communication and would not listen to me when I explained to him that I was quoted that amount would never use this shop again

So grateful to the Techstar team. They saved my phone and all of the photos it contained. They were really helpful and knowledgeable and they’d be my first choice for future phone & computer repairs.

Expertise to resolve the problems created when I downloaded drivers from a Microsoft Partner company. I was kept up to date with progress. My data was saved even though they had to wipe the hard drive. Henceforth I will rely on this company to keep my IT clean - never again on the internet.

I visited the store yesterday to ask for a strong computer built with AMD ryzen 9 or intel I9 procesors and I was told that they don.t do such builds. I asked for nvidia 3090 ti or 3090 or something similar and same they don.t have strong pc parts. For everything else... day to day use. They are great. Overall recommend for light day to day use.

Got new phone battery. All went well and it’s working fine,

Went in today to enquire about graphics card... Came out with new one installed and ready to use. Super service, very nice lads.

Professional Service that I would have no problem recommending.

I ordered an OtterBox Strada phone case and received an Otterbox Symmetry in error. I phoned TechStar regarding the mistake and they rectified the problem immediately. The incorrect item shipped was picked up by a courier. I am very happy indeed with my shopping experience and would definitely buy from Techstar again. I would have given 5 stars except for the error.

Unfortunately they couldn't fix my phone, they told me that they couldn't source the part, but it seems the part is available online so I guess I paid €50 euro for nothing 🤔
