Shut down website after taking everyone's money. Scam scam scam.

This platform is a despicable, ruthless scam. At first, everything will work perfectly, and it will seem completely legit. I was initially able to successfully cash out my profits with no issues, but as my profits grew larger and I tried to do withdrawals for larger amounts, the payments stopped being authorized. The funds would just not leave my trading account wallet.

After they released a new bot that was said to deliver substantial monthly residual income, above and beyond the standard daily profits, I sunk $30,000 - my whole savings - into it. The first week went fine, I only had minimal issues withdrawing my daily profits…but then one morning I noticed that my daily profit had been transferred from the holding area to my wallet where it could be withdrawn. I did not make that transfer. Then I noticed that the phone number associated with my account had changed, and no matter what I did editing my profile information, I could not change it back. So that meant I could not change my password, and once it booted me out and tried to make me log in again, I was hooped, because whoever changed the phone number on my account, obviously had already changed my password as well.

Reached out via the What’s App contact immediately, they seemed genuine and helpful at first, assuring me that they were looking into it, and they would get my account unlocked and I would regain access to it soon, and that they had frozen my account in the meantime, so my investment funds would be secure until I regained access. But it didn’t take long for it to become very clear that none of that was true. I was sent a bunch of screen shots of a conversation supposedly illustrating that someone had reached out to some appointed customer service liaison - that I had never heard of, and knew nothing about - and it showed messages pretending to be me, saying that both mine and my husbands phones had been stolen, and that they had tried to hack our TSAI accounts, so I needed the phone number changed on both our accounts ASAP.

Initially, I was sent these screenshots as evidence that yes my account had been hacked, and I was assured that the authorities were being contacted. I pointed out how completely ridiculous it was that they were apparently able to gain access to my account, without taking any steps to verify that it was in fact me that was requesting a phone number changed, change the number, and give a total stranger access to my account, all within a few minutes, but now, in spite of the fact that they can clearly see that I never requested or authorized that phone number change, they are going to make me wait until the authorities get involved before I can regain access to my own account…?! Why couldn’t they just go in and change the phone number again, with my actual permission and verification of identity this time?! They did it for the hacker, but they don’t want to do it for me..? That’s when I realized that it was TSAI that had things set up so they can back door accounts and lock people out to steal their money. And lo and behold, all of a sudden, in absence of all logic, the tech support rep started speaking to me as if I was the hacker. Telling me they could not verify my identity, and that there was nothing they could do.

Obviously, I didn’t handle that very well, and after a lot of back and forth, I was told that in order to verify my identity, I would have to send a crypto transfer to my account. The account that I still don’t have any access to. The account that has been hacked and taken over by some other a**hole, that I have no way of recovering the password for…ya, not a chance buddy. I’ve read that a lot of people have fallen for that, and have ended up getting scammed for even more money above and beyond what they already lost on the actual “investment platform”.

This whole site, whole company, all of its bullshit sister entities needs to be shut down and anyone involved in the creation, deployment, and ongoing function of any and all of these scammy sites needs to go to jail and be forced to pay back the millions if not billions that they’ve no doubt pocketed after scamming who knows how many people out of their hard earned money. Some people will never be able to recover from this kind of financial loss. This is disgusting and unconscionable and needs to be stopped. People need to be held accountable.

Yes, tsai is a total scam..The company said under maintenance and kick me off said I had pay a fee 500 ,and I can get ny money out ...I saw reg flags bright then I started giving doe, but I stopped . I knew it was scam promises they said was not coming true...do not use or talk to anyone from tsai....they got half my doe but not all...they are scam scam scam...

This evil team took all members accounts hostage and demanded sums from 300 - 1200+ USD to have access to their accounts, but still they were not able to withdraw funds whether they paid the ransom or not.

I started with TSAI or TechstarVOIP expecting a legitimate AI trading platform. At first, everything seemed fine—smooth withdrawals, high returns, and an active community. But as time passed, the red flags became impossible to ignore.

First, they introduced unrealistic "new bots" promising triple profits. Then, they pulled the classic "hacked accounts" excuse, freezing withdrawals and demanding users make new deposits to verify their accounts. No legitimate platform forces you to pay to access your own money. They also had a massive group chat for users then they deleted it. Likely so users could not communicate with one another once the scam became more and more apparent. Attempts to reach anyone now is futile these people have run off, you will not hear back from them.

What makes this even more frustrating is that AI-driven market trading is a real business model. Renting out bots and taking a cut of users’ profits could be sustainable. But TSAI clearly wasn’t generating real revenue—just running an elaborate Ponzi scheme. If they had a legitimate AI trading system, they wouldn't have needed to scam people. Instead, they drained users dry before pulling the plug. It's so frustrating cause I'm a college student hoping to be able to pay off my loans but instead this made everything worst. It's true what they say. If it's too good to be true, than it most likely is just that.

🚨 Warning: There’s a high chance TSAI’s operators will return under a different name now that the brand is getting bad publicity. Read another review on here that they already have a new website up asking people for $100 to gain access to it. If you see a platform offering "AI trading bots" with high returns, be skeptical. If they push you to use WhatsApp or Telegram for communication, that’s another major red flag. Legitimate businesses don’t operate in the shadows—they have public, verifiable forums or official social media accounts.

If you’re locked out, DO NOT SEND THEM MORE MONEY. The goal is to milk users before disappearing entirely. TSAI/TechstarVOIP is a textbook rug pull—stay far away and warn others! There has to be something users can do. If there's a class action Lawsuit please attempt to contact me I will gladly assist how ever way I can in finding these pricks and getting users their money back! People have receipts.

SCAM IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS WOULD BE BETTER YOU GET A BIG FAT ZERO. JOINED IN OCTOBER EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UP UNTIL THIS SO CALLED HACK. I WAS NOT DUMB ENOUGH TO PAY THEIR VERIFICATION FEE THOUGH THEY CAN ROT IN HELL I SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING ON THE DASHBOARD AND HOW MUCH THEY OWE AND WHAT IVE DEPOSITED SEEMS LIKE YOUR PIECE OF SHIIT COMPANY WILL HAVE ALOT OF LAW SUITS SOON.

I started using TSAI in January 2025, and initially, everything seemed great. They offered a wide range of robots, like the M series, with promises of substantial returns. For example, the M3 robot allowed you to invest $3,000 and earn $3,712 in just 45 days. The returns were impressive, and for a while, I had no complaints.

However, things took a drastic turn when TSAI introduced new robots promising 3x profit. The situation became even more suspicious when they provided a fake voting link for "Mr. Steve," claiming he had received a $2 million subsidy (100% cashback). The promise was to invest $1,000 and get $1,000 back the same day. This raised a lot of red flags, but at the time, I continued to invest.

The real trouble began when TSAI announced that their platform had been "hacked" and that users had to pay a fee to recover their accounts. The amount you were asked to pay varied depending on your "S level." For example, S0 was $280, and S1 was $900. I reluctantly paid the $280, and my account was restored, but the red flags kept piling up.

Now, the site is listed as "under maintenance," and when I reached out to customer support, they provided a link to a new "official" website. However, to access it, I was told I would need to pay an additional $100. The withdrawals, which initially came through the same day, soon became delayed—first two days, then three—and eventually, I stopped receiving anything altogether.

In summary, TSAI has gone from being a seemingly legitimate platform to a scam operation. The promises of high returns, fake voting links, and constant requests for additional payments all point to shady practices designed to exploit users. If you're considering investing, I highly recommend you stay far away from TSAI. It's nothing but a trap, and the chances of seeing any real returns are virtually nonexistent at this point.

Later that night, and message was sent out saying you need to add certain amount of money to verify your account in 48hours. Today the website is under maintenance again and you cannot reach anyone on WhatsApp.

I invested 5K of crypto off my credit card to this scam site only to get half back before getting accused of money laundering, stay away from it! They are all over job boards and use ai bots and fake influencers to lure you in..

They will start with all these bots that gives you so much money back or BOGO bots but after a few weeks you won’t be able to withdraw any money out. They will let you withdraw for a short period of time and then they’ll will screw you over. Our fake contact person via what’s app was Marian Raman, so called Regional Manager that you reach out to to give your information to for subsidies or winning of the iPad, smart watch, or Mac book pro to the spin wheel that you’ll never receive. They’ll give you fake promotions of vote for Mr Steve for president and he will give you 100% of your deposit back up to 2 million dollars to first come first serve but then they’ll lock you out and say people cheated the system. This is what they said “Hello, at the moment Mr. Steve's offer of 100% rebate on $2,000,000 deposit acquisition is still continuing, so the withdrawal channel is temporarily closed, please be patient and wait until the acquisition is over to open it, thank you for your understanding.” This was to get people to add more money after they already locked us out of our accounts. You could put money in but couldn’t take it out. Then they’ll come back and say they’re working on the system so you can get your money back faster. Finally they hit you with the we’ve been hacked but don’t worry, be patient we’re working on it. From TSAI “Please don't worry about this, TSAI is currently suffering from a hacking attack and the technical department is doing its best to solve the technical problem.” Finally they came back with you need to add money in your account in order to unlock it to get money that we already put in, make that make sense. This is from TSAI “Because of this time was subjected to a hacker attack, it is necessary to verify the account in person by making a deposit using the account ever used crypto wallet.” We were like if this is the case why can’t we just add $1. I usually don’t do reviews but I’m trying to keep you from making the same mistakes I did. Definitely don’t involve your family or friends should you decide not to listen.

I've never been taken a ride like this before. They lull you in with consistent pay outs and withdrawals early on. From Jan 26th until Mar 13th withdrawals worked fine and then they didn't. The only thing real is they use the blockchain so hopefully this helps the FBI track this group down. Family and friends, all wiped out.
