My Macbook got stuck in a boot loop after I uninstalled a beta of an upcoming MacOS. I don't have a second machine to attempt a configurator repair so I contacted an 'expert' who told me my machine would have to go to Apple for repair. I've been building and using computers since the early 80s and, not being made of money, so wasn't happy to do this.
Contacted Techwala and got a nice quick response, quoting a very reasonable fixed price and said they would collect the following day.
Machine was collected, repaired and returned the next day.
So refreshing to have such excellent service. 10/10
