My package was sent back to company I tired to reach out MULTIPLE TIMES! no response whatsoever ordered in December for a Christmas gift and haven’t gotten any package any email or notification of what’s going on I tried to contact company for months every week, no response!! Do not order from them

Purchased 2 pants for grandson which arrived on time and as ordered. However, I ordered the wrong size and they were too small. I emailed customer service and they responded the same day, making it easy to get the correct size!!

I have tried to contact them about returning my order and they have yet to contact me back. I can’t even find a phone number to call. I emailed them and put in a request on the website. I want my money back and I want to return my item.

I bought a pair of pants for my son and unfortunately they were too big. I contacted techware and they immediately responded that they would replace the item at no additional charge. I appreciate their prompt customer service!

I recently bought a tshirt and having made a mistake ordering the wrong size I contacted techwear and their customer service was very helpful and agreed to send me the right size and promptly..

I had a problem with my order as the wrong tshirt came which could be when I made the selection and they've offered to send an exchange without me having to send the wrong one back. They've been really helpful.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!! watch out big red flags for jncos there 50$ and up every where and anything vintage is 100 and up. the pics they use are of used pants. its someones personal collection or something. and 15 % off first item and 50 % the second item then 90% the third means i could get three pairs of jncos for under 100 buks. buys and girls if it sounds to good to be true. guess what it is. go to the gas station and buy 100 dollars in scratch tickets if u want to gamble at least then ud get something back at least. watch the news if you want to be lied to. and go purchase a hooker if you want to get screwed. i paid for a tshirt and was sent ten shits??? order a pair of shoes and got booze? asked for pants now i have frickin ants jeez rick

The wait was the normal 21 days, kinda wished it was shorter, the item was legit which was good. Good quality!

I bought these shoes for my son, he loves them! They were too small, i contacted customer service and received an immediate response. Great customer service!

2/12/25 - UPDATE Techware has the worst customer service. I have contacted them via email to exchange the shoes. I've only received a reply asking me to leave a review and they would process my request. I did, however, that was the last I heard from them. There is no phone number listed in their website so I dint know what else to do, but to leave this update. People, stay away from them!!! I have some brand new size 13 shoes sitting here that need to be exchanged. 😡😡 if I could leave a ZERO stars, I would
1/7/25-My son loved the shoes and couldn't wait to wear them. The shoes are well made and are comfortable; however; after trying them on they are way too big and we need to exchange them for a smaller size.
I have contacted customer service via e-mail and they were very responsive. I will update this review to provide feedback once the exchange is finalized.

The jeans I ordered for my daughter for Christmas arrived on time! Unfortunately, they didn't fit but customer service emailed me back promptly and is facilitating an exchange. I appreciate good customer service!

I love this store.
The jumper i bought was very well fitted and soft. You could tell that it isn’t cheap material as it was heavy weight and had so many intricate details. Overall i love the store it has so many styles of clothes and they are well made and are set at good prices, 100% recommend for anyone shopping for themselves or others.
