what i disliked was that i ordered a Formex watch from Will along with another watch. He said that Formex would be about two weeks late i said no problem however weeks went by i would talk to Will and he said he would check with Formex said next week so i told him to call me or keep me updated so i got tierd of calling him left him message and email. So i decided to call for someone else and it was Andrew Rovinsky he was very helpful and spot on he keep me updated all the time as it should be great personailty, i meant no respect to Will i am sure is a good person i also had text him to call me when he got back in town he was out because i wanted to order a Seiko watch and he never did that is disappointing for me because i been in business 48 yrs and i always return calls or e-mails that same day

I purchased the watch through Teddy because of his YouTube content that I truly enjoy. Specifically his Grand Seiko content.

I bought a Seiko Presage Cocktail Time from the online TB shop. Unfortunately I noticed the movement was skipping ahead several minutes per hour and ahead a couple hours by the end of the day. I worked with the support team via email and they exchanged it for a new one. It was an easy process and the new one is perfect. I love the watch.
