I ordered an 3 Jersey's from Tee Hub on the 10th of March, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite texting and emailing them multiple times, I received no response. My order is still showing as pending, and I’m beginning to feel that my money has been wasted. This level of service is truly unacceptable and not what I expected.

Tee Hub has to be one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. It’s been well over two weeks and my order is still nowhere to be seen. No tracking updates, no status change, nothing—just complete silence.

It honestly feels like they take your money and then disappear. Customer support? Don’t even bother. Messages go unanswered, and there’s zero accountability. At this point, I’ve completely lost trust that the order will even arrive.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Tee Hub, don’t. Save yourself the stress, the waiting, and the regret. There are way better places that actually respect their customers.

Pathetic customer service. An order placed one month ago has not arrived yet. No support or clarification regarding the order was provided via email, Instagram DMs, or even on the call. All the orders were prepaid with a form filled out to expedite the delivery; however, there are inconsistencies with the delivery and fake promises.

It has been 15 days, and there is no proper update. This is very disappointing.

I request you to either:

Deliver my order immediately, OR
Process a full refund within 48 hours

If I do not receive a response, I will be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and initiate a bank chargeback.

Please resolve this urgently.

They never respond. Its been a month, my order is still showing as pending. I have been very patient. But understood now, Its definitely a scam.

There isn't even an option to check for my orders
No email that my order is placed neither return of my money

Didn't get the product at alll... It's been 3 months and still didn't got.. please i genuinely say to not to order...

I ordered a RCB 2026 jersey of rs 899 order I'd - TH38256 I prepaid it from online on 5th march still not update about the order shipment or anything else no whatsapp or instagram msg reply alsoo are u doing something wrong with the customers money .

I have ordered two jerseys so far, one was the 2025 edition of RCB in which the people had said that they would print gold foil but it was not there and it was not coloured at one place and the overall colour of the jersey was off and then the second time I ordered the T20 World Cup 2026 jersey which was absolutely perfect except there were two small cuts in it at the back.

It's a scam and they do not deliver the products. Don't fall for it

Absolutely pathetic experience. I have placed an order with them on 20th June. Today, even on 29th Sept, I have not received my order. I have been following up with them and still no update. They have been saying we will send, but that's all. They don't have any contact number, only Instagram to follow up. And the responses are always delayed. We will deliver now, we will deliver then... thats all I have heard from them. They are crooks. Just never order from them or you be ready to lose your money.

It’s been four months since I placed my order, and they keep claiming to update me, but there’s been no progress. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

The item I ordered arrived in 6 days of order. They originally said 6-8 business days. The US v Cdn Dollar was a bit of a surprise. Then taxes but, everything arrived, ahead of time. Consider changing ships from Canada or state that Checkout is in US$.

I ordered indian team jersey from them, first time the order didn’t arrived even after months.

The second time I ordered(COD), they sent one size smaller. When I tried to contact them they were unresponsive.

Do not buy tshirts from them, they are frauds who try to scam people and get money from them.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE with teehub. No communication, no accountability, management ke naam pe dhabba.
They keep fooling you around that your order will be delivered in 20 days. Mine did not get delivered even after 4 damn months. When asked about the updates of order, they ask you to replace your original order with something else. I ordered T20 India jersey. After not receiving it for 3 months and after multiple calls and texts(WHICH THEY ABSOLUTELY IGNORE AND EVEN BLOCKED ME ON WHATSAPP), they asked me to replace it with rcb jersey. I agreed. But what a shame in the name of this huge an organization! They couldn't even do that. Ultimately I had to ask for refund.

The jersey was for a friend's birthday and teehub made it the worst possible experience for me!
May your company shut down real soon! It is anyway not doing good to anybody out there.

Hi it has been over a month since i placed an order for a travis scott- barcelona jersey limited edition. my code is TH13892. the only responce i get is " u will recieve it soon sir" whenever i message on their instagram account. Please send me my package or give me a refund
