I tried this before their "big update." It was a nightmare and looped me in circles until the company finally refunded me my money. They told me they'd give me two months for free once they did their "big update" so I could experience the true product.

I tried the product after the update - continued nightmare! I tried to sign my wife up for the service and not use my old login, but continued to get a 502 error. I tried to sign her up by email and then got a "something went wrong" error.

It's one nightmare after another with this group. Their support will chat with you and stop the conversation mid-way and you never hear from them again. I won't recommend or ever try to use their service again. I can honestly say this is one of the worst AI application services out there.

I paid for a subscription to use the service while I was looking for my next IT contracting role. I know the product is new, but it was rushed to market and full of bugs. No matter what I entered into the Teemo interface, it continually made up answers and said I had experience that I did not, and vice versa. LinkedIn limits you to 35 quick apply applications per day, so even with the unlimited plan, just know until Teemo creates a way to apply outside of the quick apply option, you are extremely limited with LinkedIn.

I chatted with their support, plus joined a video call once with their team, but this never fixed the issue. I was told the Chrome extension was the cause of most issues and I wouldn't be able to apply until the Chrome extension was fixed. I was told I would receive a refund (and I did), but I'd still have service until Jan 1 to try the tool out. I was also told someone would contact me when the next extension was released so I could offer feedback for the product, but I have not heard from them in nearly a month. I did not have access to the tool as promised and could not apply to jobs when I needed the tool the most.

Overall, the product has potential, but it was rushed to market in the name of profits and is an utter failure at this point. With good conscience, I could not recommend this product to anyone else in the job market.
