I ordered beads and after several days of my order not showing picked up, I reached out to customer service. They responded within a couple hours which was amazing. I was assured that my order shipped but if the tracking didn't show movement, they would do a mail search which they did. Not only that but they did it on their own without me continuously reaching out. I received the beads, and they are beautiful, but more than that, the customer service is impeccable! This will be my go-to for beads from now on.

I can honestly say after placing several orders with them that Tejas Beads provides the most reliable, consistent service and high quality gemstones at an affordable price. Their site is very easy to navigate, their descriptions are accurate, pictures are of high quality and checkout is easy. To top it all they ship really fast and they provide different discount levels along with free shipping for over $50 (this is rare). Their customer service is very responsive, proactive, and helpful…really so lucky I discovered them… I am a satisfied returning customer and I hope this remains a positive relationship. I was trying to find real gemstone beads that were not too expensive. This company is great. The selection, the description and everything was as described. Extremely happy, have ordered from them 3 more times and plan to again. Shipped very carefully and wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box. Highly recommend!

I thought these beads were bigger and Individual size but their not their connected to a string. They are also darker then they look in the picture.
