Unauthorized charge after cancellation + unreliable service
I’ve never written a review in my life, but this experience honestly forced me to. I would give 0 stars if that were possible. I already had a lot of issues while using the service: synchronization didn’t work sometimes, and there were constant problems with the camera and microphone. Overall, it just felt unreliable and frustrating to use. But the real problem started after that: I canceled my subscription on January 30, 2026, after receiving a refund earlier this year. Since then, I have not re-subscribed, I have not created another account, and I have not used any other email address. Yet somehow, on March 16, 2026, I was charged again for a full annual subscription, without any authorization. I contacted support multiple times and provided all the details, including the transaction date, card information, and screenshots, but instead of actually investigating the issue, I kept receiving the same copy-paste responses. They kept asking for an invoice or another email address, which makes no sense because there was no valid subscription in the first place. That is exactly the issue. It honestly feels like nobody is even properly reviewing the case. To me, this comes across as extremely unprofessional: a service that already had technical problems, barely worked reliably, and then still charges money again after cancellation without authorization. I would strongly advise others to not use this service.
