Cheap NBN. Dirt cheap. But good connectivity, good speed, and absolutely fantastic customer service. Been with them for 8 months or so, no hiccups tech wise.

Worst customer service ever. Sure, Craig was great and patient but the manager of the company is the total opposite. We opted for a VOIP setup as my mother had just lost her partner and needed something reliable and cheap. We couldn’t get anyone to help on a Sunday at all.
You cannot have both. If it’s cheap you’ll get a cheap service in every other way. Setup was a nightmare. About 10 to 15 steps and settings. The joke was I’d set it up, leave to go to my home and then on at least half a dozen occasions it would simply malfunction, disconnect, drop out or simply allow the internet but not the phone to work. Yes, they gave a discount for my mother a couple months for the intitial failure to connect the phone, (asked to port the original number but it didn’t happen for months.) But we couldn’t chance for 6 moths disconnecting from the previous supplier as no sooner would the phone be on that it was off again and my mother had serious health concerns being wheelchair bound. Caused undue stress not only to my mother but family as well. Managers have no empathy in this regard and are more concerned about bottom line and their money.
After 5 or 6 months the modem failed completely. They replaced it but again no phone or internet for that duration. Roughly 10th month (we’d had a couple of good months,) the phone and internet start failing again, coming up to Christmas, also the anniversary of my mums partners passing so we dumped them. Best move ever.
It wasn’t a service it was an inconvenience.
Been with this backyard dodgy company for the past terrible year. Paid for 100Mbps plan last year on fixed wireless. With sites barely hitting 8000Mbps at all ever. What a frigging joke. Talk about SCAM ARTIST, RIP OFF MERCHANT. The kicker about this 100Mbps plan is, there is no such thing as 100Mbps available through nbn for fixed wireless. It was cancelled and turned off by nbn in May or so last year because nbn said it is too expensive and not viable to have switched on. So if you have a 100Mbps wireless plan with this company, be warned you are being ripped off for something that doesn't exist. They are fraudulent. About to go to the telecommunications ombudsman to find out how to get refunded and also how to get money back for ripping me off with my current plan, as I am on 50000Mbps and only get 8000Mbs max. Look it up, we are entitled to a refund. Scum company. Obviously the fake good reviews on here are done by insiders who are either related to the owner, or fake accounts to make his crap company look good. Check out product review and you'll see the truth.
(NBN FTTP) Shocking line stability and speeds during on peak times.
When originally signed up the service was fine however has degraded to unusable levels during on peak times.
Would steer well clear
Teleron has been excellent from the moment I first contacted them. Their support is equal to none.

Signing up was easy, customer service was great when we started up. had a few issues at the start but they were quickly fixed by a staff member. not so happy about the nbn box work, the person drilled twice as many holes in my wall to dock the nbn. left the place in a mess. speed wise, got half of what it said, (speeds from 30-50 mbps) my highest down speed so far is 17mbps.
Shocking NBN ISP, congestion almost every day during peak time. High pings and massive latency to online games, it seems they don't have any international backbone, maybe useful for AU to AU connection but what a rip off!
To top it off their reps love to fight customers, claim the issue is end user and not their service.. Sure, I might accept that if It was the first ISP/NBN provider I've been with.
