Teleskopy Reviews

Super hurtig levering. Fint produkt. Kun godt at sige.

Bardzo przykre doświadczenia z tą firmą , fatalna obsługa, słaba jakość sprzętu i brak możliwości wymiany czy zwrotu.

Excellent service – highly recommended for international customers

I have now placed several orders with Teleskopy.pl and my experience has been excellent.

Their prices are very competitive, but what impressed me most is their customer service. Emails are answered very quickly, communication is friendly and helpful, and they genuinely take the time to help their customers.

Shipping from Poland to the Netherlands has been remarkably fast. My orders were processed quickly, carefully packed and delivered without any problems.

One thing that may also be useful for other international customers to know: during one of my purchases, my Rabobank credit card was unexpectedly blocked. This turned out to be an issue with my bank and not with Teleskopy.pl. So if your credit card payment is unexpectedly declined, don't immediately assume there is a problem with this webshop.

Teleskopy.pl were very helpful throughout the process. With my latest order I even contacted them afterwards because I wanted to add a few additional items. This was no problem at all, and they helped me arrange everything quickly and easily. I was also able to pay the additional amount by bank transfer.

As an astrophotography enthusiast, I really appreciate finding a European astronomy shop that combines competitive prices, fast international shipping and excellent personal service.

I can highly recommend Teleskopy.pl and will definitely order from them again.

GSO 6x30 mm finder. Fast delivery, well packed item, good price.

Ordered 3 televue ethos eyepieces separately in last few months, so I decided to give them 5 stars , had no problems with anything. Everything was in good condition and well packaged. I recommend this shop , they also deliver to outside of Poland.

I have ordered here field flatteter, H-alfa telescope and several other items. Everytime the customer service has been perfect and delivery fast. Also the information and advices of recieving and inspecting delivered package shows that this seller is serious about customer service. Thank you for good service, I will definetely continue buying from you!

Very easy and straightforward purchase with different payment options and currencies. The delivery to Germany via DHL was perfect as well. Thank you!

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews when online shopping, but I want to express how great my experience purchasing from this store has been. Shipping to Denmark was very quick, and the product arrived well padded. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect on my item, so I decided to contact the support team asking for guidance. They responded extremely quickly, offering multiple good alternatives to resolve the situation, and letting me decide. Returning the item has been also very easy, with a prepaid label, and communication has been a pleasure. Great work folks, good customer service pays off

The price is more than reasonable, and the support team responds quickly.

Very fast delivery to Germany! Very good product for very good price! Thank you!

Great prices, super fast response, super fast shipping, super fast arrival, super super, best shop, will order again 100%

Best prices and excellent service. I was a bit skeptical of ordering from here as the prices are much lower compared to other local or online retailers. But after reading positive reviews I took a chance. And delighted I did. I ordered a Dwarf 3 smart telescope. It was dispatched same day as ordering. Unfortunately due to an error on DHL’s part, it was delayed, but thanks to Teddy in Teleskopy who raised a case with them and it was finally delivered after 18 days. Highly recommend these guys

This company is fantastic. They have great value for money, a huge range of equipment and their delivery was fantastic, my order is we received in less than a week. The staff were very responsive with any queries too. Couldn't recommend more and will be using them for orders going forward.

Bought an item for a reasonable price.
Packaging and shipping without issues.
Delivered within a week.
Very happy with the whole process.

jak zaczynacie swoją przygodę z teleskopami, polecam zakładkę na ich stronie "porady" jest tam mnóstwo ciekawych informacji

Recently bought two items from Teleskopy for the first time and was a little anxious but no need! I got a mail within ta couple of hours to say my goods had been dispatched and they arrived in Ireland a few days later. Really good comms and tracking through DHL - very impressed and would certainly deal with again!

Just ordered SA GTI, guide camera and scope from them. Put an order in at Friday and delivery was Wednesday.

The parcel was repacked into smaller boxes so nothing would be harmed in its travel. Very nice service !

Good prices, fast customer service what’s not to like ?

Highly recommended 👍

A few weeks back I purchased binoculars together with a few maps. Shopping site showed that they have one in stock and it was true. Delivery to a neighboring country took a few days. They confirmed that binoculars are new and colimation is really good.
Shipping box was carefully packed and I really enjoy these 20x80 ed binoculars now.
