Perusahaan ini perampok dan penipu utk customernya sendiri, pulsa saya dipotong diam2 lewat sms sampai sisa Rp 500 saja, pas ditelpon pura2 tidak tau dan tdk mau tanggung jawab

I've used telkomsel for more than 20 years, the service keep declining every years. It seems they cannot keep up with additional subscribers but still want to add more, so they sacrifice their loyal customers. Service is horrible, network is bad, app is bad, they gave us surveys as formalities only without any intention to really improve their services.

Horrible services. I can not recommended this to anyone even if they have good coverage.

Site do not allow top up with Credit Card.

Very upset, they hold my money for next deposit

The roaming data I paid for IDR 325.000 of 55GB, finished in just less than 24 hours which is impossible. This is a ripped off. The App not working. Perfect time to ruin my holiday!!!!

The internet service is the worst. Even though it is in a big city like Jakarta, there isn't a day when I can use the internet smoothly. I have never experienced such poor internet service compared to other providers.

After getting a sim here I got spamcalled in the middle of the night. Spam messages and even popups. That spam you aggressively

elecomsel broke my trip digital.
The internet I got in the airport [20 dollars), did not work at all an on top of that it blocked and broke my national simcard. When i asked if it could be changed back , they just said "yes okei." But back in my country Norway I had to buy a new sim for my Phone to work
Very unpractical after landing and needing 4g, tickets home, and so on.
Telescomsel is practically selling a yuk up ur phone deal.

Telkomsel is the worst company I have encountered in my whole life! They have the most unhelpful support I have ever seen! They literally keep you waiting for 3 days and only reply like a broken robot!

Probably 2nd worst mobile network if not exaequo with Smart in the Philippines. After taking my payment promptly, nothing actually worked for the duration of my stay in Bali, even when we seemed to travel with signal area. Would not recommend.

What a terrible customer service. I got charged 200 000 ird but I never received the internet. I spoke to customer service who said it will be resolved in 4 days. But that’s not the case. Still no internet or refund. Send them an email also.. But zero response

Call customer service with a landline from Thailand they can't hear me. Why? Email, no answer, Chat is some bot.

Worst internet provider in Bali.
I’ve been using it for 6 months and I spend 150k every week! When I spent the same amount of money for the whole month using Smartfren.
Gbs just disappear! Highly dont recommend

Bought a Singapore Roaming Package for 7 days, it worked well for the first day until suddenly it stopped working on the second day. Tried to contact the customer service team, but they said that they needed 3 days to solve the issue.

This is useless as I am only in Singapore for 4 days. Asked for a refund, but the CS team just gave an answer like a bot.
