Useless product. Unable to connect to my analog tv. Customer service were unable to help. Obviously will not connect to any TV as advertised. Refund not available.

very good and polite response
very good and polite response: the tv that we intended it for was too old and did not have the correct connections build in. we managed to plug it in with an adapter sufficiently enough to see that the devise would have worked but the controller did not activate (we tried two new sets (of two each) of batteries just to be sure that the batterys were not an issue) . . . the problem was that the tv was not "smart" .

This product is not what they saying it is just a cheap version of a set top box of google that I already have, no free streaming of all the top places, you have to pay for each like everywhere else.

I followed the instructions that were given connected everything the way it should. It came up on my screen, and I tried to initiate connecting to my Internet after a long wait it came back and said that my Internet was not available. I have all of my devices on this Internet, and it should’ve worked password was good and everything. I’ve tried it on another TV. And the same thing happened I called your organization. You have no technicians on board not able to help me rectify the problem so I’m sending it back. Thank you.
