Temme English Reviews

I just want to express my appreciation and say thank you to Charlie Perkins, he is a true professional in his sector, curtious, punctual, very informative and delivered on wvery request I had. He has made this whole experience very easy and I can honestly recommend to everyone. He is a valuable asset to his employer, thanks again Charlie

The team at Temme Basildon are absolutely amazing...
Sadly we lost both our parents in 2021 and were involved in a very long drawn out probate. From the very first visit with Louise until completion date the team have been nothing but encouraging, enthusiastic, dedicated and determined to get our sale over the finishing line. They kept us informed at every stage, even contacting us out of normal office hours and always had a smile and time for us when we visited the office. When times were tough we felt they held our hands and kept us strong.
If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, you will be in safe hands and we cannot recommend them enough.

The whole team have been brilliant Darren doing the pictures for our sale right through to the completion on the sale and purchaseof our new home. The service has been professional with impeccable communication keeping us up to date all the time. Our solicitor had been so bad but Lucy and Harriett kept at them and got answers for us.
Absolute 5 star service.
Thank you so much for all of your help and support especially when things were extremely stressful.

Me and my partner have just purchased our first home through Temme English. With the help of; Dean, Harriet, Lucy & Charlie it felt as though it was a smooth process. We felt as though we were in good hands the entire time with updates and everything else.

Dean and his team have been great help from start to finish. Working above and beyond to sell my house for me. Best estate agent in the area.

Couldn’t recommend this estate agent enough! Spoke to a few different members of staff and they was all so friendly and helpful. Rachel was the person dealing with my move and she was amazing. Always helpful and easy to talk to. Any problems she sorted it. Really grateful, Thank you!!

Temme English was helpful in selling my house. They was good at chasing solicitors and getting back to me.

The Basildon branch has been very professional and supportive during the 4 month process of selling our house. They have gone above and beyond to make our experience as stress free as possible and we would highly recommend them.

We can’t thank (Basildon office) Dean, Harriet, Lucy and Louise enough for a professional yet friendly service re our flat sale. Took just over 4 months from start to finish. A great team.

Great service! Special thanks to Mitchell & Rachel from the Colchester branch who helped us with our new home!

Unfortunately after 3 failed attempts and 4 months of wasted time resulting in no house sale. Temme English decide to lock me in for further disappointment telling me I cannot stop using them for a further 21days. Read your contract throughly the sales team do not inform you about critical contract terms. Think twice before using.

I have been the buyer dealing with a sale handled by temme english, and must say after dealing with them I am shocked at how they operate. If I have to sell a property I would avoid them at all costs, as they make the entire process extremely negative.

Throughout the process they have hounded, pressured me and provided false information. They seem fully unrepentant due to mistakes and false information they have given, and try and leverage it as if it is your fault.

I would highly dissuade anyone from using them.

Absolutely amazing team! Special thanks to Dean, Harriet, Lucy and Louise. Despite all the issues, delays and sub standard solicitors the team went above and beyond to ensure the chain remained in place and got us over the line in 8 weeks! Incredible superheroes

Lovely friendly staff, especially Kay (Maldon Branch). Very helpful and able to help me with advice on renting a property.

I spoke to Kay regarding letting my property she was very helpful and gave me all the relevant information I needed, would recommend based on my experience

A great service from Joe , Louise , Harriet and all the team at the Basildon Branch.
They never gave up searching for a buyer even during dark times we have all endured recently and when office was shut carried on working from home.
Many thanks one & all you dedication was appreciated.

Wonderful service from Joe and all this team at the Basildon Branch. Could not asked for more, they even answered my emails whilst on holiday or days off. Worth every penny. Thank you
