had terrible, horrendous skin, especially after me just pricking/popping my breakouts. made an appointment because i was desperate and didn’t expect anything much but holy moly they saved me and my skin!! i couldn’t go out of the house much because i was sooo embarassed and it took me sooo long to apply concealer but after going here, i can literally just wash my face, wear sunscreen and go out! thank you temple <3 (i have proof/before and after pics to whoever is curious)

I had a follow up consultation with Dr Sam Robson today following a course of Omnilux treatments. Absolutely thrilled with the difference it has made to both my acne and the general appearance of my skin. I felt there had been an improvement and seeing the before and after photos confirmed it for me. I'm definitely going to continue the Omnilux light therapy treatments for skin health but also wellbeing as they've helped my confidence by improving my acne, as well as had an impact on how I feel generally in myself. Dr Sam really listened to my concerns and made recommendations for my at home routine which were well explained and followed up via email. I'd definitely recommend Temple Clinic to anyone with concerns about their skin or who want to review their skin care routine. I've been really surprised by how affordable the products are in comparison to others I've purchased that have not been as effective.

Temple Clinic are a very professional skin care clinic whose expertise and skill are second to none. All the staff are very client centred and keen to help at all times.
Dr Sam Robson is superbly skilled at aesthetics but also has a practical approach to the best options for you. Her aim is to ensure her clients are extremely happy with their outcomes. I found that Sam listens very much to your wishes and then adds her expertise as necessary.
For me, the experiences I have had with Temple Clinic are the best.

OMNILUX LIGHT THERAPY TESTIMONIAL
I have just completed a course of 8 Omnilux light therapy treatments which had been recommended to me to help calm and hydrate my skin which is sensitive and dehydrated.
I thoroughly enjoyed every one of the treatments I received. I found that not only was the procedure effective in improving the look and feel of my skin, it also had tremendous mood boosting effects, especially at this time of year when I for one can suffer from Season Affective Disorder. I found the light and the warmth very relaxing and the 20 minutes under the light gave me a chance to switch off. I often referred to it as my ‘little holiday’. I am looking forward to receiving my next one in a few weeks time.

I underwent non surgical rhinoplasty at Temple Clinic last weekend by Sam Robson. I was made to feel very welcomed by both my Sam and the reception staff. Sam answered all the questions i had honestly and made me feel really at ease about the whole experience, especially since I had never had anything done before. I am extremely pleased with my nose as a result of the fillers and couldn’t recommend the Clinic more.

Temple Vie
I started the programme in February weighing in at over 20 stone, unfit, unhealthy and very unhappy with the person I had allowed myself to become - dependent on sweets, junk food and fizzy drinks.
Most importantly for me, I knew that my head was in the right place so after meeting Dr Robson and the team, I embraced the challenge of losing weight, becoming healthier and happier.
I did exactly as I was instructed – 6/7 sachets per day, 2-3 litres of water along with a selection of permitted fruits and vegetables. Almost all of the sachets are delicious – drinks, meals and desserts and the crisps and bars are amazing. The weekly LPG (hoovering) session is like an intense body massage and most enjoyable.
As promised, I started to lose the pounds each week, then stones and many inches. To date I have lost over 6 stones, dropped from a dress size 24/26 to a size 16/18, my blood pressure has reduced, I’m healthier than I’ve been in years, I’m now able to enjoy exercise and I don’t have to pretend to be happy now because I am happy. I still have more weight to lose to reach my target but I’m on a steady path to success.
The girls at the clinic are very supportive, Dr Robson is happy with my Inbody results each month and the emotional and psychological support is there if I need it.
I am in control of my eating as I’m sticking to my weight loss plan and my drive and determination to succeed will get me to my goal and the 2 years of support from the clinic will ensure that I don’t go back to my old eating habits.
I’d recommend this weight loss plan to anyone who is serious about transforming their life forever. It is not a quick fix and is quite expensive but most definitely worth it.

I have been seeing Dr Sam for the kickstart programme at Temple Vie for 3 months and I am delighted with my weight loss results. I had around a stone to lose and wanted to know how I could get lean but build strength and muscle for an upcoming cycling event. Sam’s knowledge in diet and fitness is unsurpassed and I absolutely trust everything she says – 1 because she is a doctor and 2 because it works! As well as my meal plan she has given me lots of helpful tips along the way and I am motivated every time I go into see her for my InBody assessment. I feel so much more in control of my weight now and the things I have learnt from Dr Sam in this short space of time will stay with me for life.

I’ve been going to Temple for over 7 years after getting frustrated with and confused by an over saturated beauty market and wasting money on a copious amount of products - I just wanted to find the right skincare for me. Temple undertake a thorough skin analysis and ensure the skincare regime is appropriate to your skin and lifestyle- and this is on an ongoing basis, not just a one-off.

I recently visited Temple Clinic for an InBody assessment as I wanted to get in to shape for the forthcoming golf season and knew I was carrying an extra stone or so. I wanted to know how I could lose the weight and build strength at the same time.

Dr Sam Robson undertook the assessment and explained everything patiently and in a way that was very easy to understand. The InBody assessment results lay bare everything about your body and I found some of the details a real eye opener. We looked at my current eating habits, sugar intake, exercise routine and various other factors that contribute to body fat.

With some subtle improvements to my diet and overall exercise regime I'm now well on my way to achieving my target. I’ve also noticed improvements in my overall energy levels and focus at work since making the suggested changes. I’m sleeping much better too.

Had I not had an assessment, I would no doubt have taken the wrong path and become frustrated with wasted time and effort.

I have just tried the new Hot Chocolate on Temple Vie, it's AMAZING, Hot Chocolate was the only thing I really had on Alevere and I can safely say that the Temple Vie one is 100 times better, not only does it taste great but it mixes so much better than the Alevere one. Totally recommend it.

Lovely, relaxing experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Really made a difference to my skin.
