Product is good quality, looks very refined and premium. The colour is beautiful!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should know what to expect.
We purchased a watch winder safe costing £1,495. The product itself appeared well made, but unfortunately it would not fit in our wardrobe because the door is significantly thicker than expected when opened. The website lists the cabinet dimensions but does not state the additional clearance required for the door or the overall depth when in use.
To ensure we hadn’t made a mistake, we even paid a professional installer £150 to fit it. He confirmed that the unusually thick door meant the unit required considerably more clearance than a customer would reasonably expect from the dimensions shown on the website.
I contacted Tempus Luxury simply asking whether they could arrange collection of the item as a gesture of goodwill. Rather than receiving understanding or any attempt to resolve the issue, I was met with increasingly hostile and dismissive responses.
Some of the responses I received included:
● “It is your mistake.”
● “You cannot bully your way into a free return.”
● “ASK!”
● “I cannot comprehend how you could consider…”
● “Every other customer we have ever dealt with seems to understand.”
As a customer spending nearly £1,500 online, I expect to rely on the information provided on the website and to be treated respectfully if an issue arises. I do not expect to be spoken to in this manner or blamed for not asking about information that I believe should have been included in the product description.
I fully appreciate that businesses incur delivery costs, just as I incurred a £150 installation charge. However, customer service is measured by how problems are handled, not by whether problems occur.
This experience has left me with no confidence in purchasing from Tempus Luxury again. I will now be pursuing the matter through my American Express card provider and providing them with the full email correspondence.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this company is simple: if there is any measurement or specification that matters, ask every possible question before ordering, because if the information is missing from the website, you may still be held responsible.
Very disappointing customer service and an experience that fell far below what I would expect from a premium retailer.

Order my watch winder and turned up in a few days. Opened my item and I wasn't disappointed, the quality it superb and it looks great with my watches in it.
Had a couple of queries which were answered very quickly.
A great company to deal with and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Great Watch Box, but cushions are too small, I emailed Tempus but they don't offer a Larger sized cushion for my 7.5" wrist, granted the watches aren't going to be transported, but I'd still like them to be more secure, can't fault the build quality though and finish they're A1,Love the Finger Print Lock.
