I don't think this is a legitimate company at all. They are very responsive when placing an order but once they have your money the attentiveness stops. After several weeks without any update, I was finally reached someone in customer service that I question might be a bot. She informed that my order had been delivered weeks prior. I immediately let her know I had not received my package nor did I receive an email update. Two days after I sent that email she sent yet another email of apology where she repeated that the package was showing delivered and suggested I use the tracking info to locate my package. This is why I am sure she was a bot. Nothing in the conversation changed. The couple of emails I received were identical. As for the charges I was debited more than initially told. Nothing major but beyond the sales price and shipping and handling. Though I emailed them again, they've never bothered to answer. I attempted to go back to the website and it no longer exist. The charge was made in a completely different name and not Temusan. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!!!

Absolutely SCAM… I have ordered some clothes like four months ago and nothing yet! I have emailed them like over 20 times and always the same answer, it’s been delivered and check with your neighbour, I don’t even have neighbours! Anyone who sees this review of mine, don’t waste your money. It’s like throwing your money into the ocean.
Absolute garbage and SCAM this so called company!

If there was a -----0, that would be my review...Their customer service stinks...I ordered a product in May and it's now 4 months later and still NO product...I've contacted Temusan Customer Service at least 30 times and the response is still the same---Either they respond that they can't find the order, I need to send them the tracking number, the product got lost in transit, or it was delivered and I need to check with my neighbors, friends or family then they say it was lost in transit...THIS company, Temusan, is nothing but a SCAM...I will NEVER order from them again and I will spread the message to ALL my family, friends and acquaintances that Temusan is a SCAM...

ME PUSE EN CONTACTO CON LA EMPRESA A LOS 25 DIAS PORQUE SE EXTRAVIÓ EL PAQUETE, DESDE AQUELLA HASTA HOY 25 DE AGOSTO 2025, NO HE RECIBIDO NADA MAS QUE DISCULPAS Y HOY ME DIERON LAS GRACIAS POR COMPRAR EN SU TIENDA, PERO NI ME HAN DEVUELTO EL DINERO, NI HE RECIBIDO EL PAQUETE.

esta pagina es un fraude yo hice un pedido el 3 de junio 2025 de 64.72 y otro de 45.81 en mayo, confie porque decia que tardaba dos meses y medio para llegar la mercancias pero estamos en el mes de agosto 2025 y jamas a llegdo nada,y eso que lo pague por paypel y a aun asi lo perdi, corran la vos yo perdi 110.23dolares esta pajina es FRAUDE OJO

I ordered several items (cloths) from Temusan. Not received. I don't think I'll get my money back. How do I complain about them?

rubbish scam. pay your money and no delivery. More descriptive would be garbage fraud company with con artists

Total scam, order goods, never received it, they politely answer mail that need to wait and nothing, lost my money, now will write on social media and tell that people do not order there

They didnt send the items. Took money and did nothing. They have answered with lies. No information about the company in the delivery country.

Don't buy anything from this site.

This company is a scam with fake tracking, dont waste your time or your money, thankfully I was refunded by Paypal after numerous messages back and forth where they told me they would send another parcel. I told them not to bother as it would never arrive!

This company is a scam. When I tried to track the package it said "url not found". I emailed them. They said it was delivered and I should check with my neighbors for a nice surprise. I emailed back, there was no nice surprise. They said they'd look into it and be patient for surprise. Instead, I gave them a surprise and got a refund through PayPal.

I ordered some jeans followed it from werever they based,said delivery no parcel they sent a second delivery again followed the tracking till a point of delivery hey ho guess what at 7.30 am it was delivered stated time 9am

My friends from all over the world, be very careful, this company is a total scam, you buy and pay later they say it was delivered, but in fact this is fake. I am completely disappointed, how I fell for the scam
