Great app! Very easy to use. Quick reply and turn around. Only thing I'd change would be having to wait for physical copy to see your report. Would love to be able to look it up online and not have to wait.

These guys are up in your business like everyone else these days. Don't know if it was necessary or preferred for Landlord to see my actual bank statements and what I'm buying, but other than that I'd use the service again.

After using another company with unsatisfactory results, I decided to give Tenantify a try. I expected at least a day turnaround for the report and received it in less than an hour! A very thorough and detailed report was sent to me with even more information than I expected. Definitely a great choice and I will use them from now on.

I will be honest about my first time I had to initiate a call to them to see why my tenant did not respond to his email? However after that my service rep was awsome he helped me get the results from my first screening. Then I ran a second verification that was a breeze and results were super fast

The help desk will email to answer any questions and are very professional. The website is easy to navigate and very convenient.

But I do wish we guys would expand your features. Right now I use Tenantify as well as another eviction/criminal check just to give me a peace of mind. Maybe do something like that in the future? How about adding a section for applicants that has Section 8?

Its very important to verify employment and income verification of tenant to ensure they will pay the rent regularly and easily. I was tensed about it. Then I heard about Tenantify. I could've verify the employment yourself but according to their customer reviews I depended on them. and they were awesome. They have a great & professional customer service, who knows the value of customers. I really appreciate the expertise of the team.

I experienced a prompt and courteous attention from their customer care service. The value I recieved was worth the money.
My challenges was about value of employment and income verfication of tentant but they responsed and provided a detailed result and advice.
I will be recommending you to anyone who want a responsive and dependable service.

First of all, the staff is professional and responsive to e-mails/calls, no complaints there. The value of the service provided though, wasn't worth the money in my opinion. They essentially got copies of potential tenant's pay stubs, and passed them along. I didn't see a bank statement, calls to the employer or anything of the "verification"-type activity the site claims to provide. Honestly, one could simply ask for a paystub directly and skip the middle man.

Seems like any landlord can use your system and you have no requirements of them. There is apparently no requirement for turnaround time and a landlord can take a couple of weeks after receiving the verification before making a decision. Add to that the cost to the tenant applying and the fact that a paystub or bank statement (unless you're deranged enough to actually enter your bank id and password) is required to be sent in anyway, makes this process completely useless and a waste of time.

Switching to Tenantify was the best decision I ever made. No more worrying about fake bank statements or frauds from Tenants. They verify each and everything independently as towhatever is provided by Tenants as ID proofs etc. Great customer service and super fast work delivered ! The best part is - the services are free for us Landlords! There is so much more about it. It just made my life so easy. Highly recommend it to all the landlords!! Thumbs up!

Tenantify uses real person evaluation to rate the potential tenants. It also protects tenants personal information. I highly recommend this website to both landlords and tenants for lease screening process.

Tenantify helped me vet a potential tenant by verifying employment and income. It is quick turnaround as promised (within 1 day). The verification is thorough. It has detailed note of the call to the employer. It also estimated tenant's monthly income by digging through a bank statement. Will recommend to any landlords!
