The team at TUK we’re very driven to provide us with excellence, and ultimately demonstrate that we were the best company for our prospective client.

There was a great deal of information and ideas to turn into a digestible and informative tender. To achieve this the guys were flexible with remote working and face to face workshops. Ultimately though they listened throughout, and that is invaluable.

The end result to measure is that the product we worked together onscored considerably higher than all other competitors!

Adam Kettle's support for a recent PQQ was invaluable. He created a structure for us to write to, and reviewed and made recommendations on our final version prior to submission. His expertise and really useful guidance made writing our submission much more focussed and succinct; especially useful given the word count strictures imposed by the commissioner. I used Tender UK for the first time in November 2017 for a tender relating to domiciliary care.
I found the team led by Cliff to be very professional understood our needs
and had knowledge of care in Scotland. Communication with the team was

We have had a terrible experience with Tender UK.
Initially they were professional and worked to time.
We were tendering for a local authority contract and were quoted about £10k to complete bid writing. After we got through the Pre Qualification Questionaire our bidding partner pulled out so we could not continue. Despite not preparing the bid TendersUK wanted payment in full despite only doing the investigation phase. When we explained that we through no fault of our own could not continue they insisted on being paid in full.
We are a small not for profit and this additional cost with no hope of winning a tender seemed pointless and a heartless way to treat a not for profit company. I would steer clear if you are wanting to work with a caring company.

Another tender another success. Tenders UK seem to really understand us and what our unique selling points are. Krisja and his team listen and advise along the whole process of the tender completion, they understand our area of expertise and provide thoughtful strategic guidance and bring operational experience of the market.

Listening to us and guiding us to explain how we operate they bring examples that we ourselves have overlooked to strengthen the response with real evidence to support the bid.
