If I read the reviews before purchasing...
I didn't so now I have a TOY for kids, I purchased it for my nephew. It's really expensive, quality is not good at all.

Be careful when purchasing from TenPocket. I bought my sister a retro cam and she loved the quality and the storage of the camera. However, the screen completely broke only a short while after receiving this gift. When i emailed TenPocket to see what i could do, they said i needed to purchase ‘the lifetime warranty’. However, there is no option to purchase this warranty at all during the sale process. So not only is my sister left with a broken, unfixable camera, TenPocket said that there is nothing they can do, even though the Lifetime Warranty is physically impossible to purchase. Just a scam website in my opinion. And the camera might be great, but it has no longevity whatsoever. Do not purchase from here.

Zero as a company. This is a SCAM. Took my money and zero product. Stay away.

They did not send me the SD Card and when I asked them to send it to me they said that I had to have a picture of everything inside the box when it was delivered. LIKE WHO WOULD TAKE IT IMMEDIATELY?! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND, THE CAMERA SUCKS AS WELL.

I asked for a refund and they refused to give it too me because I took over a month??? I did not? THEY took over two weeks to reply? How is this my fault, also the camera quality is terrible, my younger brother got the same camera from temu for £10, it's literally the same model too 😳

This is the worst camera ever! Ten Pocket have blocked me on instragram.

Please avoid this place like the plague. They have completed blanked me after sending me a camera that doesn’t work. Total scammers

This is by far the worst quality camera i have ever seen, it looks NOTHING like the pictures that they display through there website and this is speaking on the 4k most expensive camera. They do not respond to any emails. It is impossible to get your money back. Please do not buy

The worst experience ever, I made an order on November 1, I was traveling in December, the camera never arrived, they never answer the emails, the status of the order is the same since day one, It's been almost 100 days, they send spam emails but no information related to a refund, it's truly a scam, I'm not from the US or Canada but I wish to proceed with legal actions, I tried to find information about the organization, legal rep. but I have found nothing, if someone has information of the people working of this brand please email me (Linkedin had nothing on this people).
Please if you can report it to the police, don't let this people take our money.

Wish I would have found these reviews before I bought mine. Completely false advertising! They will refuse to refund you even though the product does not work and they sent the wrong SD card for their own product…. It took forever to arrive. I wanted it for a specific event that it was so late I was unable to use it at all.
Then when I wanted to use it I had to go buy another SD card which was a huge mistake and more waste of money…
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN. And you’ll still need a camera because there’s do not work….

The camera I ordered came months after it was supposed to be delivered. At that point I had reached out to customer service several time before getting an answer. When the camera was delivered the SD card that came with it didn't fit. So I reached out once again. I reached out several times before hearing back. The customer service agent gave me a $9.99 credit to order the proper SD card. I went to checkout and shipping was $9.99. I reached out again to express my aggravation of this months long process and I was told there was nothing they could do it about the policy..even though they had sent the wrong one card. The customer service rep was nice but it took from end of October until now to finish this conversation up. Save yourself the time and money.

Absolutely awful customer service! I ordered this for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. It never arrived and when questioning support I was told to liaise with their shipping company who kept promising me that they would speed up the process. Then after 3 weeks they informed me that the camera had been lost during the delivery process and to take it up with Ten pocket. So I obviously followed up with them and sent screenshots of the messages. They responded to say they were too busy and apologised for the delays-therefore, they did not even take the time to review my email. Extremely terrible service, WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND. All I want now is a refund and they won’t even do that.

Ordered this camera and never received the micro sd card?!! Yet includes a camera size sd card? I’m so confused! Frustrating!

Honeslty don’t waste your money or time, I spent £100 but received a £50 Temu Camera, and had the pleasure of waiting 20 days for it. SD they sent with the camera doesn’t even fit it. Complete scam company, don’t waste your time, if I could give 1 stars I would.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered 5 months ago and still have received nothing. Their customer service managed by 1 person is literally the worst customer support I have ever received. No phone number. Just a copy and paste and not actually providing any solution or where the hell the product is. Asked for a refund and I’ve been completely ignored.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered this camera nearly a whole month ago and paid extra for express shipping in 2-5 days, but yet to receive my order or confirmation it has even been shipped. I have tried emailing, Instagram messaging and other ways to try and contact the company but all communications are being ignored. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. The worst customer service ever - you will lose your money.

I wish I can give 0 star if I could. I wanted to cancel my order so I emailed within 5 minutes of placing an order. On their website, they state if you want to cancel, you can contact within 30mins. For TWO days they did not respond and I had to email them again but they shipped the items and then emailed me back the next day saying it was too late since they shipped the item. I emailed back asking for more help but they just stopped responding completely. Obviously they are VERY unprofessional, they would rather ignore their customer rather than trying to help resolve an issue. I do NOT recommend.

Don’t bother. Camera was returned to sender (the company) and they promised a refund then never refunded and stopped replying to emails.
