We had a lovely trip to coorg. All thanks to Tenride. Thanks to Dikshita for answering all our queries before hand. Special thanks to our driver Ashok, he was really professional and helpful. We had a lovely time in coorg. And the hotel Woodstock resorts was awesome and the hotel staff made our trip more memorable. Specially Godwin and Narmada. Thanks to Akash from tenride for being at a call away throughout the trip. We will definitely recommend tenride to everyone and special recommendation for the driver Ashok as well from our side. Thanks to all for making our trip so beautiful and lovely. 😊👍

Our recent trip to Ooty, organized by Tenride, was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by Bhuvanesh, Akash, and our wonderful driver, Yogesh. From the onset, Bhuvanesh and Akash were incredibly attentive, calling us intermittently to ensure everything was going smoothly and addressing any concerns we might have had. Their genuine interest and connectivity throughout our journey added a personal touch that was much appreciated.

Our adventure began bright and early at 5 AM on Saturday, with Yogesh arriving right on schedule. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were evident from the moment we met him. He drove us in a new Tempo Traveller, which boasted 9 individual seats, offering both comfort and great views. Yogesh's flexibility allowed us to explore several of Ooty's gems like Valley View Point, Singara Tea Garden, Lambsrock, and the Toy Train, not to mention a serene visit to Silent Valley.

The accommodation arrangements were equally commendable. On the first night, we stayed at Silent Valley, a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature’s tranquility. The second night saw us at Planters Punch, a beautiful resort with breathtaking views, especially during sunrise. The choice of different resorts for each night, as per our request, showcased Tenride’s accommodating nature in planning our stay meticulously.

The highlight for our group of eight was undoubtedly the return trip through Bandipur forest, where we were lucky enough to spot an array of wildlife including elephants, deers, and bison. We returned to Bangalore by 12:30 AM on Tuesday, bringing our three-day excursion to a perfect close.

I highly recommend Tenride for anyone looking for a well-organized, enjoyable, and hassle-free family trip. The personalized care and professional service we received made our Ooty getaway unforgettable. A big thank you to the team and especially to Yogesh, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.

I recently booked a tour package, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. The cab service provided was exceptional—clean, comfortable, and always on time. The drivers were professional and knew the routes well, making the journey smooth and stress-free.
The accommodation was equally impressive. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was kept clean and tidy throughout the stay.

Sorry for the delay in posting more details {further to my review in the name "vidya sagar gonnabhaktula"} As most of us don't have time to plan itinerary here is one simple suggestion. 1)Book a cab with "The Smart Taxi" (8238883335) - these guy's charge a bit more but service is great and booking/planning all by yourselves will come to the same cost as of the total package value or even lesser. Don't blindly go with my suggestion on *The Smart Taxi*, you can do your research on the owner{Dhruvam Thaker} LinkedIn account etc. Hardly takes 10 min 2)Itinerary- get couple of quotes/itinerary from similar travel companies and select which places you wanna go. Also you can check YouTube/Instagram best for places to visit and decide.{believe me you don't have some very good places in these packages} ## Might take an 1hr to plan. 3) Book a room in AiRbNb - you get awesome places Hardly takes 30-45 min Regarding Tenride if everything goes well its fine but when things don't go well, they wont come to your rescue and you wont even find the actual office address of Tenride to visit.

We have booked for 3 days 2 nights to coorg 4 of us with a kid.

Before Briefing
# The company have a LinkedIn or other social media account but you cant even find a single employee account.!!!! If anyone finds please do share in the comments even an ex employee.
# The address in their website is just registered address but not the office address where their employees work.
# If you face any issue with their services they will not help you in any way and try to convince you that this is the first time we have received a complaint for that driver..!! (well i have video proofs and pictures of our driver even after we complained) because of which our whole trip was messed up
# When i asked about their office address location they didn't share and stopped responding.

Invoice was 34k. didn't even bargain much, gave 500/- discount.(Akash)I paid almost 93% of the bill and kept around 2k to be paid end of the ride.

Everything went well, the way aakash spoke to me and conversation was also very professional, but the real problem came when we started to coorg from Bangalore and the AC was not working properly and also driver was little rash and talking over phone 70% of the time..!!

We asked to increase the AC speed to point 3 from 2, he was NO NO the car mileage and pickup will be down and the way he responded was very rude.

He didn't even stop for lunch until we asked around 3pm, he doesn't even know which hotel we are gonna stay and asking us to keep the location and asking what is the itinerary..!!
Before reaching i complained to Aakash and asked to change the car or drive he said he will try but stopped responding by the time we reached coorg.

I had no option but to call to customer care and this guy names Bhuvanesh answered and said this is the first time they received complaint on that driver and regarding driver speaking over phone he said that they are professional riders and they can manage both simultaneously, but anyway i will tell him no to talk while driving, but it didn't stop even after that in fact he is much more into calls 90% or more..

I was shocked and wanted to complaint to higher authority that your customer care guy did support your driver talking on phone while driving.
When i did research i found out that He (Bhuvanesh) himself is the owner of the company(picture of bhuvanesh attached).

The next 2 days was messed up we had to plan our own itinerary and decide on the places where to go and where not.

When i asked aaksh to connect me to his owner he evaded for a day.

But luckily when i found one freelancer from LinkedIn who is working for tenride and spoke to him.

The very next day i got a direct call from Bhuvanesh and when asked i need official apologies for supporting their driver and he denied and said he will send the driver to my place and ask him to apologize which i didn't agree as i was seeking the same from him and later he disconnected the call and i have asked their office address and they haven't responded since then.

I haven't paid remaining 2k and said will pay only after i receive apologies which anyway which wont happen.

And alternate options? will add from a different account whom i travelled.

If you can spend 1-2 hours of little research on places you can book a cab and accommodation from Airbnb and get better services for the same price, i will write a detailed brief of other alternate service provider who provide only cabs where you can get best service, might cost little more but overall it will come to the same price of the package.

I had no time to plan so had to opt for packages.

# Never ever pay more than 50% of the invoice, pay only when the ride ends.

Absolutely unprofessional...cancelled my hotel reservation 2 days before the trip after I had booked my flight tickets.

We had a very beautiful, relaxed experience with the Tenride. Starting from booking till drop off at home, we enjoyed the every part of it. I will specially thankful to Chandan Anna for taking us to all the scenic places in Ooty and that too with utmost patience. We would like to book again for our future travel plan

It was good. Very well managed . Cab hotel all were good. Driver behavior was good.

We had a begaluru - coorg- ooty- Mysore-Bengaluru round trip. Me n wife. Our driver was Mr Guru Kiran who is a reisdent of Banglore. It was a terrible ride with him.

He kept his mobile earphone on all the time and kept on gossiping on call throughout each n every minute of our 7 day journey. As Coorg n ooty are hillstations, he was almost everytime overspeeding and we were really terrified. We asked him many times to control speed atleast on curves but to no avail.

We hired an AC car but we didn't understand why he was not turning on AC even on plain areas. We came from Lucknow UP so we knew only Hindi n English. He was not cooperating at all.
I was sitting behind the driver's seat but the driver adjusted his seat in a way that there was very little leg space for me. So I switched place with my wife and she was sitting behind driver's seat and somehow managed. He played songs really loud and the speaker was right behind our head

He made the ride risky n unpleasant.

We are very happy with the service. The pricing is one of the best in the market. Quick response and a very polite team.

I M Latha menon from Bangalore and recently booked one way travel from Guruvayur to Bangalore . Most delightful services .Received prompt updates and prompt pickup and drop. Clean and safe car and the driver Preetham was very supportive during the complete drive to Bangalore. There were no hidden charges in billing and Thankful to Ten Ride.
