By far the best Ball vape on earth Shipping was fast, everything was packaged neatly and quick to set up. If you love to taste your flower this is the product for you definitely mess around with temps for the sweet spot.

Universal Balller worth every cent

All glass air path but not really
Alittle disappointed with my purchase. The selling point is an all glass air path improving flavor. But it comes with bowls with glass screen too big. Using an aroma 3 or a medium Santa Cruz shredder grind consistency, it drops half my bowl into my water piece. You then are forced to use a screen defeating the purpose of the all glass air path. Still using steel screens. Yes there’s quartz, rubies, fritted disks, high air flow but if you don’t want to waste your herb you will be using a 10 cent steel screen. Wish I knew that

Appreciate the feedback! We currently have the smallest hole glass bowls out there, but yes it is also limiting in terms of its ability to catch herb compared to a mesh screen.
We definitely prefer not to use the mesh screens, and include an ash catcher built into the hybrid bowls to help. Especially with drier herb, grinding tends to produce a fine dust that cannot be captured. If you have herb that is on the drier side I would recommend using a coarse grind size to help. It may also help to slightly tamp the herb down! Hopefully that can help improve the performance for you!
