I have been a regular customer of Terry white chemist Watergardens for over a year and a half
I have nothing but praise for their staff and service
I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs pharmaceutical help
Their staff treat you with care and compassion and tend to your needs with expertise

Dangerous and need to be closed down terry white eaton wa has lost scripts countless times they can see that I have been getting med on a script from them for years bit were quite happy to watch me struggle for breath arguing with me over ventolin then the next time 2 months in to a 6 month script lost can't find it then apparently out of date even though it still had 4 months can't drive can't work and having someone who can barely speak English just keep smiling at me like a moron please do the community a favour and close them down before someone dies

I had a strong feeling to-day that my simple purchase was being monitored, if so, this was quite unnecessary.
I shop in Young and Canberra often so I do not need to frequent the local places of business .It's up to you young man. Harden NSW.

This is the blue water square store on the peninsula just out of Brisbane. The staff are SO rude and judgey. The pharmacists are ALL very unprofessional and don't seem to care one way or another about their customers. I'm so disappointed in this store. Super rude.

Call up bayvillage chemist see if online order was ready lady was rude on phone when try organise my order delivery not helpful wen asking how or when delivery date an time she awful over phone rude arrogant quite uncomfortable to talk an angry 😡👿 rude customer service then wen ask speak to manger hang up phone on me an cancel my online order spoke politely an was told rudely had no manger for complaint on my dispute in how rude she had been an vice versa she rudely hang cancel my online order cause she's upset that spoke to her that she was rude customer service was rude she was happy now to cancel my online order an rudely spoken to 😡🙏 unhappy spoken to no common courtesy no respect for customer politely saying did like way spoken to me did have to be so rude

TWC Lake haven shopping centre, waited 45 mins for a flu shot, there were no other people waiting, six staff members and the pharmacist, when finally the pharmacist called me in the excuse was the the fridge was broken and it had to come from Priceline, how can a chemist fridge be broken with all the meds etc they have to refrigerate 🤦‍♀️ then after being butchered by the pharmacist I have a 5 “ bruise not going there again even though it is my local.

The fact when I got a hospital prescription filled at one of the terry white chemist on sunshine coast they attached that to some other persons medicine record which turned out this other guy was on anti physotic drugs and was treated second rate at hospital as they quizzed me on it and you could clearly see they thought I was lying apart from one Dr who provided me with a detailed print out so I could take it to the police in which I did and was told it was a cock up on chemist behalf, but hey no bloody apology so now I'm seeking to find the person I have his last 3 years of medicine records as well as legal advice as was made to feel like a liar at the hospital which I strongly feel affected my care there, so much for privacy.

Purchased prescription for my mum on 25/06/2024 at Terry White Upper Mt Gravatt and been charged $13.50 (Docket number is 1114218 on Tax Invoice which I kept), and then told by her that she bought same medicine of same brand for less than half price ($6.70) from Chemist Warehouse with previous prescription. What a shame! Contacted the Terry White customer service, but been told that they can not do much because stores are individual franchises.

Had 2 COVID booster shots booked today. We received and completed both pre vaccination questionnaires online yesterday. We were running early due to another appointment cancellation and asked if they could accommodate an earlier appointment which they said was fine. We sat in the designated vaccination area after providing our medicare details to them. After roughly 5 minutes a staff member informed us that the vaccines they had in stock had expired and did not know when they would have more stock. Having provided our home address in the initial appointment booking they knew we live a 2 hour drive from the pharmacy. The staff member was, in my opinion, rude and uncaring regarding this. Still we received reminder texts and emails at our allotted times to remind us about the appointments. And then another to inform us of the potential side effect of the vaccination we just had ??? They could have been genuinely apologetic instead of cold and rude. You can guess where we will never shop.
EDIT: According to their website and booking system they have COVID vaccinations available to book today. Were they lying to us for some reason? Who knows!

I’ve just read through some of the reviews and have experienced many of the same treatment by staff at the rivervale store in WA. They treated me like an absolute fool, never owned their behaviour, never owned the words that were said…. And they wondered why I became frustrated. Most interactions left me feeling very upset and anxious. They have a very poor attitude towards their customers and customer service. I am a healthcare worker, Communication skills, reporting, memory are highly important, people could die if I make a mistake, so treating me so badly claiming that all interactions with them was a fault of my own, whether I had heard things incorrectly or so on. Times I addressed what I was told, the staff would stuck together and treat me like rubbish. BULLIES!!!!!
My scripts left behind the counter were so badly tracked. I was promised they wld be added to the app 6months ago, so I could keep track myself, this was never done. I asked the chemist to order me in a product, over more than a week before it was required. I called them, asked them if it was there, they told me it was, went to the store to pick it up and was told they had forgotten to order it because they were busy. I went to collect my scripts from behind the counter when i decided to move on, they told me they had all expired and that they had torn them up. The only reason I continued to use this chemist is because it was on my way home, each time telling myself that I would never use this chemist again.
UPON READING THE REVIEWS from all over the country…. There is something very wrong with the people they hire, their training, their morals, who knows… but i require a lot of medication and will never use this chemist again. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Made an online booking for Shingles vaccination at Terry White Ferntree Gully.
Booking was confirmed by Terry White in a text message they sent me.
When I turned up for my appointment the staff at Ferntree Gully store were very vague and totally unaware of my booking. In addition to this they didn’t even have supply of the vaccine .
Not very professional or confident inspiring.

I went to Chatswood Chase shop and bought a Men’s multivitamin. It turned out not the one my friend asked me to buy. I went back to the shop the next day asked for a refund or exchange and they refused. I had bought similar health products from Chemist Warehouse and Coles and they are always happy to help. I will never ever buy a product from this shop again!

I went to Terry White in Scottsdale to ask for some medicine that the previous pharmacist had given me from behind the counter. There was no issue with this. However on returning for the same medication that had worked successfully another pharmacist not only refused to sell it to me but implied that I was lying about its success. When I told her that the other pharmacist had given it to me she said that was up to the pharmacist as though it was "pot luck" who you saw. She showed no compassion whatsoever but was constantly lecturing me about my attitude. Another pharmacist stepped in and with excellent communication skills diffused the situation within seconds. I will have my husband pick up medication from now on as the nearest pharmacy to that is 11/2 hours away.

i have been attending terry whites at tuggerah for over 15 years today i have decided to never return and were ever i go i will say how bad terry whites at tuggerah is.
the pharmacist in there seems to forget that in Australia customer service its the most important thing. He made a mistake and was not hes first mistake with me but today will be hes last im a regular customer that spends over $300 plus a month on medecine .But today is the day were i will take my business to a smaller chemist were they deserve my business.

I was taking a non PBS medication but found it expensive and asked the pharmacist for another brand as a recommendation. The pharmacist wrote down a probable replacement. I couldn't see my doctor for a couple of weeks so I did my research on the wording of the medication and found that was totally for something other than my ailment. I Double checked with other chemists and agreed this was for different medical complaint. My local TW Chemist office manager thought I was over reacting and refused to listen to my complaint. !!?

Terry white Kingston branch staff at pharmacy side was very rude. She had attitude problem and just went away when we were talking. Service industry people showing attitude that also in pharmacy was strange to me. First of all the medication is also pretty expensive in comparison with other pharmacies and treating customers like this attitude was unacceptable. I think you should give your staff training about how to deal customers. I would not recommend anyone to visit Terry white chemist.

I will never go back to a Terry White Chemist again the service at the Stafford City outlet was the worst I am on a disability pension and they wanted to see my DPS card which I showed them then they wanted to keep it there and told Mei could collect it when the order was filled this has never happened this way before well collected my order which was already baged I went home which was 30 min drive only to find my pension card was not in the bag rang them oh yes its here we forgot to return it to you next day I had to find someone to drive me there and home again as I was visiting family the day before the only reason I was in this area then when I went to collect it they could not find it for about 10 min never again complained to there head office but they never responded l tell all give this chain a big miss they are so non professional

I went in with a friend to this Chemist several hours ago to purchase medicine.
To my absolute shock, the male Pharmacist began discussing the personal details of my medicare card with my friend.
I am a middle aged professional, dressed appropriately.
The behaviour was not only unprofessional, it was illegal.
I had to tell him firmly to address me for him to stop.
The incident was humiliating and I am about to report it to Medicare and other legal bodies.
