This has been my worst experience when hiring this company, I am a working woman who buys a vehicle and wants to have it at home as soon as possible, but you cannot trust companies like Tetoro Inc because the only thing they want is to get more money from you, a disappointment. total. They are not professional, they do not respect the contract, they are not efficient and they are not effective either. I have been under stress all week because they are not able to resolve a mistake of theirs.

I would not ever book with Tertoro, Inc., agent quoted one price and then when a driver was found the price quoted of $550 went up to &900. When I expressed dissatisfaction the price changed a couple of times but not to original price. Definitely bait and switch.
set up a Saturday pickup since my son was available that day to meet driver. My son sat at address all afternoon and no one showed up or bothered to call.
Finally, today I get a weak apology from trucking company LJ Logistics that their truck had broken down. Informed me that they would not perform door to door service and wanted to meet at a parking lot quite a distance away. From the beginning I gave address and explained it was in city of Chicago.
This was a very unpleasant experience dealing with a very disreputable company.

Harper did a very good job keeping in contact with me. We had some delays due to weather and holidays but he was quick to keep me updated with all changes.

Great Experience
Choosing a car transport broker feels like picking a random company and hoping for the best - and it is. I relied heavily on ratings. After trying 3 companies, with a wide range of quotes, I decided to go with Tertoro. They were clear about their brokerage fees, they answered the phone every time I called with questions, they followed up on the delivery and driver. I don't write feedback reviews very often, but I wanted to make sure to share that my experience was positive, and I would definitely ship with them again.

Dane Farley handled the shipping of a car for us. He was courteous and answered many questions we had. When a trucking company canceled a deal at the last minute, he promptly found another one- even though it cost a lot more. But everything went smoothly after that and we are satisfied.

Harper was excellent!!! We received 25 quotes from companies automatically. Tertoro quoted a median price of all but made sure to let me know no fees collected til car is on the truck. True! Based on Holidays the fee was $200 higher based on driver availability which was still competitive. They pocked up exactly as promised and got the car delivered across country in about 4 days. Driver was courteous and on time and did not collect a dime till delivery and was chill with my inexperience with Zelle. They took photos for bill of lading and delivered a undamaged car. Use these guys! 100% Worth it!

Harper made transporting my vehicle a seamless process - the pickup hauler arrived as scheduled with all relevant details and delivered the vehicle on time as promised without complaint. I would use this company again if ever needed.

I booked auto transport with Tertoro several weeks before my out-of-state move. I followed up with the Tertoro employee to get confirmation that all was good the week before my scheduled pickup and he confirmed everything was on track.

THE MORNING OF MY SCHEDULED PICK-UP I received a call from the Tertoro employee stating the original driver cancelled but he was going to try and find someone else. I received a call about an hour later from the same employee in which he stated he found someone, but they would be $250 more than originally quoted. At this point, the house was empty and we had everything booked to relocate that afternoon. I chose to pay the extra and cut my losses, but I believe it was a classic bait-and-switch tactic used to capitalize on the situation and secure more funds by this company.

I'd suggest not booking through a broker such as Tertoro and going straight through a transportation company. I know better now. Tertoro did not offer any relief or even to split the cost of the new price due to the driver they hired canceling, which I had nothing to do with. The car made it on time, but also had damage to one of the wheels which I settled with the transport company at delivery.

I am rating this as two stars as the Tertoro employee did help with settling the damage dispute with the auto transportation company driver who did not speak English. However, other than that, I would not book with Tertoro again.

Dane was great to work with. Initial quote is pretty much what I paid at the end. They took into consideration my needs for drop off and I wanted 100 lb more weight so I bought that too. Overall, it was a great experience.

Driver's service is good. We are extremely disappointed at the price. It was quoted $685 all the way until the day before the delivery and said has to increase $300. You promised there is no price increase and that is why we choose you. You guys planed this from the beginning. It is unethical! We need the $300 back!

Had lots of quotes coming in, all 3rd party. None of the other companies had as good of rating and really not much on the messing with the price. The best part is from when I placed the order, they had a driver ready within a couple of hours. Our car was to us in 1 day. Carlos kept me posted to his arrival. I was so nervous picking a shipping company, but so happy with Tertoro. Will definitely use again.
