I recently had to relook at my private health insurance & Tessa Alliance were very helpful. I was particularly impressed with Aaron Jones who listened to what I wanted & gave me options so that I could decide what was suitable for me. The whole process was made easier by him.

As a retired ageing couple with a number of medical conditions to be considered we wanted to explore as many possible options as possible to get the most comprehensive coverage.
Nothing was too much trouble for Adam or Zain and we now believe we have settled upon the best available programme to satisfy our needs with the added bonus of a reduced cost to our monthly premiums. Time will tell but we are happy in the knowledge that all potential possibilities have been considered.

Medical insurance is too complex to arrange on a DIY basis. The policy features include the range of services provided, past conditions covered and hospital list. Although there are relatively few providers, premiums can vary greatly for the same level of cover.
Aaron Jones switched me to an insurer providing more services for a lower premium. It was all done in one afternoon with a couple of phonecalls and emails. He answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal, even to the point of changing the policy commencement date by one day. He said he would be back when the policy is due for renewal to make sure I went for the best option. You'll get a 10/10 service from Aaron.

Aaron gave me Comprehensive advice which was unrushed and very clear.
He took the time to explain all the different covers from many insurers and terminology used by them.

I had been looking to switch my health insurance to refocus my benefits and bring down my premiums. Adam Barbosa from Tessa Alliance calmly and clearly took me through a discussion of my needs and my options. His experience and knowledge of the benefits of each company was invaluable and quickly narrowed down the best option for me at a price significantly below my current premiums.

The process for renewal of my insurance was well handled. Their representative, Zain, had knowledgeable and affable approach which made the process easy and straightforward.

We are overall very pleased with the service but await to see if that remains AFTER the policy starts- the telling fact .
