It's was good experience,fair price for the amount of knowledge and exposure to Exercise and Intership you get.

All positive reviews were written by students for a free mentor session with the teacher (this was a promotion at Test Pro).Training is boring and constantly with different teacher. At first there is a theory and only in a month practice. Practice begins without the help of the teacher. You yourself have to write the test cases and only after that they are checked by the support service. In my opinion, the training format is not effective. The teachers say that you yourself must look for information for training on the Internet additionally. It is difficult to find work without experience, months go out for search and only if you are lucky then you will be hired without experience.

Don't even believe what they write in the contract! I paid for SDET course in Russian at a discount. But after a month of training, they reported that this course in Russian was being closed. They suggested me this course in English but I PAID FOR THE COURSE IN RUSSIAN!!!! Then I asked for a refund for the canceled course. They only refunded me 50% of money I paid for the course which they themselves canceled. I'm going to file a lawsuit for deception on their part. I want to warn everyone that this school does not monitor its reputation. They absolutely do not care about you if they have already received the money from you. They ignore your emails, they hide their boss` contacts, they even don't tell the CEO's name. This is a very dubious company. You won't get your money back no matter what reason. NOT RECOMMEND TESTPRO !

I enrolled the course in February 9 and cancelled it directly after the first class as I didn’t like it. The organization of the course was chaotic. For the beginners it’s really difficult to understand anything. It has been almost 3 months I applied for the refund, I still haven’t received any response from them, only automatic responses. They didn’t even offer an alternative solution or explanation…
Now I have to go through a lawyer to get my money back. I don’t recommend to deal with them at all!

Test Pro has live class session and internship session. All the instructors are very nice and explain very well. The material they have are very informative. Although the courses are a bit confusing at the beginning, everything will make more sense once you practice at the internship.

I took the course graduating in Feb of 2023. They guarantee that if you don't find a job in 12 months, you can get your money back. I called and asked for the specifics of the money back guarantee so that I could follow any rules. I was told I would need to apply for 'some' jobs every month. I asked if there was a specific number and was advised that there was not. Fast forward to March of 2024. I have not found a job as a software tester, so I applied for my refund.
The refund was denied because I didn't follow the rules (which I specifically asked about and was told there weren't any in writing in February 2023):

The student needs to send more confirmations of submitted job applications and face-to-face or phone interviews. Screenshots of each application (at least 960 total for applications and at least 24 interview). On the screenshots should be visible info: dates, time, sender info, hr contacts, cover letters and responses.

There was never a mention of screen shotting each job application, copy of each cover letter, providing HR contacts (which typically aren't displayed on LinkedIn or Indeed), or any of the other requirements.
While I enjoyed the class and did very well in the mock interview (was told I could work for the interviewer if her company was hiring), I only got 4 interviews in the 12 months, in spite of applying for nearly 200 jobs - which I documented in a spreadsheet.

Don't waste your time or money on TestPro.

Great course! The educational materials are well organized, the teacher explains clearly and answers all questions from students! Good experience and good knowledge! I recommend it for those who are interested in testing in IT.

The instructors at TestPro are great! They explain everything thoroughly and use down-to-earth examples if something isn't clear. They welcome questions until we all understand the concept. TestPro also provides videos, PowerPoint slides, and articles with each lesson to further clarify the learning materials.

Testpro.io has given me one of the best experiences when it comes to IT knowledge (courses). From their Webinar to live classes, it is just amazing👏. The PPT(PowerPoints) are very good and they come with pictures, demonstration and well simplified, alot of illustrations. Their LMS is just what you can actually write home about. Well explained, short videos etc. I actually enjoyed my classes with them. The exams you have to take after every session(topic), just makes you more active and conscious about studying and getting prepared for the next lesson.

A month of theory. This is the most important and useful information. Other information you need to learn on your own, such as SQL query syntax. Not one school in the world will chew and insert all the information and all the experience into your brain. You need to learn and develop yourself.
A month of practice is the minimum to obtain a certificate. While looking for a job, you can continue to gain experience and experience in testing. You can intern for up to one year! That's great.
