I have been using this company for years, exchanging test strips for payment. I recently sent in Libre 3 plus sensors, and when I asked about payment. I was told that they were resealed, but not by the manufacturer, therefore they won't accept them. How is that my fault? They also refused to return them when I asked. I paid for them through my pharmacy, and if they won't pay me, then why not return them to me? They've gotten bad lately, and I will not be doing business with them again.

I still have a box out there somewhere and I have been trying to figure out how to fix that problem and haved talked with the post office were the package is and they will eventually send it back to you they said because you are the one who sent it to me in the first place and I was just sending it back to you it's your label and you have a account with them and I don't they explained everything to me about what is going to happen next it's just going to sit there for a while and then they will be sending it back to you and generate a new label with the right postage that they will take out of your account with them but they said that there is a process just like everything in life a process so one day your going to get that box and please when that happens please please let me know with a phone call 970-405-7004 thank you very very much
