No chance of getting a refund even though they didn't find a test for me. Waste of £150! I also asked if as a gesture of goodwill I could transfer to another person seeing as they wouldn't refund me, but that was a no too! So they don't find you a test and won't refund you - that is my experience.

Test ultimate don't have contact details as the numbers are never picked up and they don't refund. You are also at risk of other test booking on your licence being cancelled by them in bid not to refund. Emails are not replied. The app and your data is totally controlled by them. No opt out and you cab not paise or resume search. Pleas be careful.

Please avoid them, they act like fraud and do not refund clients. They also don’t have contact method. No one ever pick up call or reply email. Your future test is at risk of being cancelled by them if things go wrong as they don’t want to refund.

The app only allows you register and you don’t have control of your data, no opt out, no pause search. They control everything and will not refund. They take money before even searching.

Test Ultimate is a very porus run organization. There is no opt out option, poor customer service and they also cancel your test if you book else where just for the fact they don't want to refund you. There is never any one available to pick up the call. The app is only design to only register and they control your data as you don’t have option to opt out.

This whole thing feels like a scam to me. I paid for the advanced booking about 4 months ago and wanted to book a slot in September. For the whole 4 months, nothing happened, and tonight at 11:00pm I got a notification telling me my test has been booked at tomorrow at 09:07am. Who can arrange everything within 10 hours??? Even my instructor won't be available in such short notice and I can't even prepare a car for my test. What's worse, because the test date is tomorrow in 10 hours, when I had no choice but to cancel my test, my 62 pounds of booking fee was non-refundable too. It is very unreasonable to give candidates such short notice.

Got charged for two packages and when I did not accept or decline a test date they suspended my package . I had no option to do either as it had expired/gone to someone else within minutes

Awful service they send you an offer that you have minutes to reply in. There is no customer service response apart from mails saying that they will get back to you within 5 days, which they don’t.
If you do not accept or decline your offer in the first few minutes the option is no longer there and they make your account inactive!!! It’s a scam

Found a test for me super fast! Very happy and impressed.

I paid for Test Ultimate’s AutoBook Plus service, which promised dedicated searching, SMS/email notifications, and a money-back guarantee. They auto-booked me a driving test slot with only 1 hour’s notice, making it impossible for me to attend. Their policy states you must give 24 hours’ notice to change a booking yet they gave me no such notice.

When I contacted them, they refused to change the slot or refund me, insisting the booking “matched my preferences,” despite the fact that the short notice made it unusable. The “money back guarantee” was meaningless in my case, and I was told I’d have to pay again if I wanted a different date.

In my opinion, this service is misleading and fails to protect customers from unworkable bookings. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

They used the licence details to book a test for someone else then took the money from my account and said it was the fr ee for booking a test.
I didn't book a test, they did for someone else and I only knew this when trying to book a test through another company, which I then lost.
They are refusing to refund as they are saying a test was booked. Yeah for a different test centre that I hadn't requested. They have agreed that they used the licence details to book another test that wasn't required by me.

I've tried to contact support just to be sent an email saying they'll get back to me.

It disgusting they can use people's details to book tests for others and then charge you for it.

Overall, this is an extremely painful service to use and very expensive.

One really baffling flaw is how they pause your search if you don't reply to an offer. Because the offers can disappear so quickly it means you can miss one which goes in 30m then you get paused. This wouldn't be a big deal if you could easily unpause, but you can't do it yourself which means you have to call (no-one picks up and no-one calls you back) or email (they will get back within 5 working days) which means a huge pause in your search. In fact, I'm pretty sure I have also been paused randomly when I actually have declined tests as well.

If anyone from Test Ultimate reads this, why do you not allow people to unpause themselves on the platform? This is an extremely basic oversight.

Finally, they tell you they are saving a test for you till a certain time, but this is not actually correct. They offer it to multiple people so it could say it is saved till 8pm, but then it goes. I was confirming the time with my instructor when it went, but I thought I had time because it was ages before the deadline.

Overall, this is a horrible service which takes advantage of you, but I'm not sure if there are better ones out there and it will occasionally find you something.
