Very good after-sales service and machine
I admit that I had a gamble, because the Internet said that this is a scam company, but I successfully received the machine. I bought a Hydra 3D printer. When I first used it, I encountered some problems. Their after-sales service quickly solved the problem for me and sent me spare parts. I want to say that the people in this company did make mistakes before, but now the boss of this company is indeed formal and does a good job. It is worth our patronage again.

I own a tevo tornado I bought from a friend. I ordered a E3D V6 hotened plug and play upgrade from them. what I recieved was their tarantula hotend stuffed into a tornado setup. the package also had a return adress to a know scammer JERRY 001 YASFBARA.
my package was ordered directly from their website.
they are working with this known scammer to screw people over. if I was to return it to him, he would send it to someone else for free. which is a known scam to boost their numbers. I would never get my money back.

Tevoup Hydra is a great machine
I Remember when tevoup was tevo and chris Leonardo was running the business and he really took tevo for a ride when he embezzled the company, now hes in prison and the new owner Yongyi Wang has taken the business over, i decided to give tevoup a try so i got their hydra machine which is a beautiful machine and because i am so happy with it i have got a 2nd hydra, the machine is well designed and prints and laser cuts nicely yes i admit the 1st one there was big issues with it but tevoup soon rectified the problem and sent me all the replacement parts to repair it so all in all i am very happy with the hydras and Tevoup, they are very highly recommended, and i don`t regret my choice.
