Fantastic company ordered a few things off them now over the years fast delivery and great customer service if you have any problems they will sort it and get straight back to you. Brilliant company I will definitely be ordering again off them

The quality of there stuff is second to none, good prices, very easy to deal with and the service is brilliant had two different very helpful people help me out with one of my orders, couldn’t recommend enough!

Without doubt, my favourite place to spend hard earned cash on quality tools. Super friendly and responsive staff who clearly care about customer happiness with second to none service. Obviously I could make do with much cheaper hammers/squares/toolbelts etc but the immense joy of swinging titanium Martinez hammers, using their squares and keeping them all at hand in a badger tool belt justifies the cost (my wife would disagree).
Fast delivery, loyalty scheme, stickers and chocolate with every order with over and above service when needed will keep me a loyal customer willing to remortgage my house for these amazing tools.

I purchased the diamond back chopo rig and what a game changer it is !
Will be back for more after this should have bought one years ago.

well i paid alot of money for my item and it was supposed to be handed to the resident and signed for . and yet it was left in a wheelie bin (which was stolen ) and a forged signature presented .so i never recieved my tool .after countless numbers of emails back and too it felt like the buck was being passed .with tf tools basically saying that its my responsibility and that they had been in touch with royal mail and had been getting a different story from them .When in fact i had been in touch with royal mail and they told.me it was the senders responsibility to get in touch with them but tf tools then told me they wouldnt do anything with the correct responce from the conclusion of the royal mail investigation .which i finally recieved inbetween xmas and new year and forwarded to tf tools. (probably took so long because of the festive season ) was supposed to be 3 days .then 10 days .then took over a month .
conclusion .....tf tools have basically had their hands tied behind their backs and not been able to ssek the satisfaction of the customer .because royal mail have been abismal in their duties .not only did they leave in a wheelie bin (and lied about it being a safe space ) when ive never met or spoke to the postie . but they then forged my signature .which in its self is totally illeagal .so to be fair im juat a disgrutled customer .whos had a rough run this xmas and needed to vent .so not tf tools fault they were just going by the book .fair play to them .

I've Used TF tools a few times now.
Their service is great, utilising reward points and receiving free sweeties, stickers, and even a beautifully wrapped free gift in my last order. They use good, fast shipping methods. I plan to continue to use this brilliant company.
