Attention a cette entreprise après un achat le 6 novembre 2025 j ai renvoyé ma montre le 10 janvier 2026 pour de légère modifications elle fut renvoyé via UPS et reçu le 20 janvier j ai la preuve de réception depuis et malgré mes innombrables relances je n ai plus de nouvelles de ma montre que je considère comme perdue........j ai demande la procédure de chargeback .

haces un pedido por la foto que te muestran y cuando recibes el reloj es muy diferente al que ordenastes. parece que no son serios en sus negocio, puesto que te envian un estilo diferente y para completar tiende a fallar en la hora pues se adelanta, si fuera una carrera no hay duda que ganaria por la clasica milla........

This is the saddest thing I have ever called a watch. Steer clear the links and bands are cheap and don’t even stay attached. I bought one and the band was undone on both sides when I got it I reinstalled the bands with 2 of the provided bars and neither one of them stayed on. Within 30 minutes they have popped off on 3 different occasions. I tried to return it and they wanted me to pay for return shipping while I had already paid to have it shipped to me. Worst customer service and trash product. Steer clear and buy a real Seiko. TGM is a caca product save your time and money!

I ordered two watches online yesterday for each price of USD 313.
Today, I checked the website again and found that the same watches are now listed at USD 224, not as a discount or promotion, but as a new regular price.

A price change this dramatic within one day is very questionable. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp for clarification, but received no response at all.

This lack of transparency and customer support seriously undermines trust. At this point, the website feels unreliable and potentially misleading.

Update:
After leaving my original review, the merchant replied stating that the price of the 125R model has always been USD 313.95 on their “official website” and that they have no record of a USD 224 price.

However, the same watch was publicly listed at USD 313 on tgmwatch.com, while it remained USD 224on thegioimodwatches.com, both operating under the same TGM branding and selling identical products.

As a customer, I can only rely on the prices displayed on the merchant’s public websites. Claiming that a lower price was never recorded internally does not explain why it was shown to customers online.

This lack of transparency, combined with unresponsive customer support, continues to raise serious concerns.

I placed an order for TGM 127-R watch on 3rd Feb 2026 to be delivered to Brisbane, Australia on 4th Feb I received email from them to confirm my shipping address which I did and to my surprise I received email notification on 6th Feb that order has been delivered. When I checked the email and consignment number it was delivered to someone in Vienna , Austria not to me in Brisbane Australia. I have raised this with my credit card company as well. TGM watches is a fake fraudulent website.

I had a great experience with TMG. Beautiful watch that was shipped quickly and without issue. I will be purchasing from this company again

Actual delivery takes a very long time, with no updates in between. Watch itself is ok, nothing special accept for the dial. Otherwise a generic piece with a simple (but good) Seiko NH36A movement. Strap, worthless. It broke after 1 day. So add 20 or 30 dollar to the price for a descent strap.

Ho notato solo dopo aver acquistato l'orologio che le lancette sono scure ,su sfondo nero, purtroppo non vedo l'ora , ho chiesto immediatamente di sospendere l'invio, ma il venditore ha fatto orecchie da mercante. Una volta arrivato ho chiesto il reso, ma anche qui impossibile risolvere, prima perché dovrei spedire in USA, poi con 30 usd di spese.. adesso non risponde più alle mie richieste è letteralmente sparito. Spero in paypal. È un mio diritto ripensarci, ma con questo venditore è impossibile. Voglio i miei 270,71 euro. Grazie PS ti ho chiesto, che costo hanno cambiare le lancette? Non mi hai risposto per ben 2 volte , visto i tuoi costi, avrei dovuto pagare 60 Usd e avere un orologio manomesso

That's great custorm watch, shipping maybe long time but it's okay.

The Cyclops Crystal is not positioned correctly. The whole thing looks crooked.
The watch is pictured on the website with a metal back. Mine arrived with a glass back.

Received a bag with an opened box and a rock. Clearly, someone from shipping stole the watch. After contacting them, the said they have file a complaint with the shipping company. Honestly, that does not at all concern me. I want my money back or a new watch. Will update the review following the response.

After a long wait of about a month for my watch to arrive, it finally delivered but in the wrong color. To make matters worse, the crown/regulator is defective, making it impossible to set the time. Despite sending numerous emails, I am still waiting for a serious response from them.

Worst customer service and return policies. The watches are shipped from Vietnam and when you check out it will say 3-5 days shipping, but it took over 3 weeks so it arrived 9 days after Christmas (I ordered it on 12/17). Now I have to pay to ship the watch back, plus a $30 return fee. The watch is also heavy and does not fit well.

Dont do it! This is clearly a dodgy subsidiary of Seiko if at all..
I ordered a watch on the 5 Dec in the UK. On reading the small-print for returns it seems they only refunded with a store credit if it was a sale. Quickly cancelled my order (within an hour) received an email confirmation of such. Two days later got a shipping notification. Watch arrived several days after that. Queried by email as to why, no satisfactory response except to return it. Many hoops to jump through there but after returning unopened and sending pictures to confirm postage (which cost £45 as it was to the USA) I heard nothing.. Weeks later now, emails unanswered and no refund. Considering I did not even order this watch and I am still awaiting a refund I beg anyone else not to risk it!

This has been a massive headache for me. I requested for full refund since my item is not shipped yet and I cancelled the order. No transparency of the process, especially with the reimbursement. Customer service is not responding and just keep delaying!

Please process my reimbursement, don't rob people

Recibi el reloj junto con su caja y me ha sorprendido tanto la calidad del mismo como la elegancia en la presentación del reloj. La entrega se ha realizado en el plazo previsto. Buena comunicación. Volvería a comprar uno de sus productos sin duda.

I made the order on nov 17 , then they say item was out of stock, then I cancel the order and demand the refund , they say will process’s but until today they did nothing
It is a fraud , please never purchase something it is a fraud
I e mail to report this operation to the authorities, don’t use them is a con operation
