We apologize. UPS indeed misplaced. We have filed investigation. Will let you know when we hear back. Shipping issues are out of our control. All shipping companies are having workforce shortage and we are seeing this happen quite often in last 3 months.
Update: 10/10/2022: UPS did not scan your box properly but it was delivered on 10/7/22 at 11.19 am. Shipping issues like this are out of control but we apologize anyways.

I ordered two 9-compartment plates white and silver by paying $20
I received plates and completely disappointed
The plates are so thin if I add food in one of the compartments it bent die to food weight
I cannot imagine how it will hold up if all 9 compartments are filled

Sorry that the plates did not meet your expectations. Please keep in mind that these plates are disposable plastic and design to be held from bottom after you put food in all compartments , use thick paper napkin when holding from bottom if food is hot and then take it to the table and place the plates on the table before eating your food.

Order never shipped, never heard back from vendor
Placed an order for a sample on May 23. Followed up on May 30, then again a week later. As of Jun 18, I haven't heard from the vendor.

Order cancelled so they could raise prices on me
Called and spoke to a representative who confirmed prices and availability, so we proceeded to place the order online. Was sent an email a couple of hours later saying they were cancelling my order because they had put the wrong prices online and it would actually be less of a cost but I needed to re-place my order rather than just refunding me the difference. When I went to order again the prices had been raised by more than 40% on the same items.
If anyone actually reads this, don’t waste your time ordering from this website.
