I recently wore the Isla dress to a wedding in the south of France it was perfect! The skirt contains so much gorgeous material it just flows. It definitely feels very luxe and the fit was gorgeous and flattering. I didn’t need to wear a bra only a bit of boob tape. Overall perfect for a French chateau! I returned to TH&TH as I’d previously worn their navy Alara to a wedding and felt so good in that that I recommended them to my friend this time.

The team were also really friendly and nice, so I have to say I’m surprised at some other comments here about the customer service. Personally I found them friendly and genuine and if things might take a tiny bit longer sometimes so be it. I would much rather support a small UK-based female led business than a fast fashion behemoth like ASOS, who may sort your return very quickly, but Won’t give you the quality or personal service these guys give.

I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with TH& TH. The dresses I got for my bridesmaids are perfect and the girls love them, so flattering for all shapes and sizes! Great service too, so friendly and helpful thanks so much!

I purchased the Aurora in Ombré for my wedding after spotting a different th&th dress on Pinterest. Louise assisted me and my MIL during our fitting and couldn’t have been more helpful. She was friendly, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Aurora was the first and only dress I tried on and ultimately got married in. TOTAL dream come true!! Gorgeous dress at an unbelievably reasonable price, great quality, perfect fit…..I was dreading the search for the dress but th&th made it a complete breeze AND helped to make my dream come true. Can’t recommend them enough xx

These dresses are beautiful and I chose one to wear to a ball. Attention to detail on the garment and customer service were second to none.

Had my wedding dress and a couple of bridesmaid dresses from TH&TH and they were so beautiful. The fabric and quality were perfect. I had so many compliments on my dress. Wish I could do it all over again 🩷

Absolutely stunning dresses that suited all my bridesmaids. The colour and quality was fantastic. And service was brilliant.

The dresses are utterly perfect, such high quality and decent value for money. The TH&TH customer service was also spot on. Genuine, caring and very helpful. I would highly recommend, my bridesmaids are over the moon (they all look stunning, all shapes and sizes catered for) and I can’t wait to show the dresses off in a few weeks!

Don't buy unless you want to show your knickers at your wedding day/party - Contacted costumer service which recommended to buy undersirk from M&S or John Lewis ! Poor quality dress - also sheds looots of glitter!!

Exceptional quality and very beautiful dresses. I recommend the company to anyone thats on the hunt for lovely, well made and fairly priced bridesmaid/prom/flower girl dresses. My daughter was flower girl to my sisters wedding and the dress she wore was absolute perfection. She had so many compliments from family and friends. The material was soft and comfortable. She loved twirling in it. Thank you TH&TH for such a beautiful dress and great customer service.

Superb service from start to finish. Lou and her team made my wedding shopping experience so easy ! I was worried all my bridesmaids wouldn’t agree on a style, but turns out they didn’t have to as all the colour options have styles to suit all shapes and sizes ! Happy bridesmaids and very happy bride 👰 Thoroughly recommend.

The quality of these dresses is amazing, i absolutely love them and my bridesmaids and i are all thrilled!
This is where this review takes a slightly sour note. Unfortunately the returns department is awful, i live 10 minuets away from the th&th depot and dropped back my return to the warehouse myself on the 31st of Jan, i wasn't refunded until the 20th of Feb! They had been in possession of the return that whole time. It does state this in the T&C's but unfortunately when your trying to plan a wedding and you've got money flying out the window its not good enough.
My mother who also purchased many dresses for my bridesmaids is still waiting for multiple returns to be refunded from the start of Feb.

I was really disappointed with the customer service here initially.

I bought 3 dresses and returned 2.

After the timeframe they mention for their returns, they had still not refunded me. I emailed them to ask about where my refund was and when I gave the proof that it was tracked they refunded it, with no other response.

They will tell you there’s a line in a big document somewhere stating you have to get it tracked. Do track the return or I expect they will never refund you unless you chase with the tracked receipt like I did.

I mentioned it would be useful to give a confirmation when they’ve received your return - which they definitely did as someone signed for it! Most businesses, even small ones do this. I was just told they state in their paperwork you don’t get a confirmation email.

It’s just not polite customer service.

Would agree the dresses are slightly smaller than standard, but that’s ok as I ordered up due to reading other reviews. The dress felt good quality otherwise.

Edit: Thanks for the kind response. I just wish it had been the same over email!

Very warm and friendly with quicknresponse

The most beautiful dresses I have ever seen. The quality is so stunning and can’t quite believe how they looked on my bridesmaids. Everyone asked me where I got them from. Thank you so much for making me and my girls so happy.

I have 4 bridesmaids and decided to order their dresses online, all are different shapes and sizes I ordered 4 dresses but 2 of them didn’t fit so I had to order more sizes and send them back, very quick delivery, easy to register returns online

Dresses are great quality we went with the Greta all were a bit long so need altering but other than that they are perfect! Delighted with them would highly recommend! - Ciara
