Case never showed up
I ordered a case around a month and a half ago. The tracking number I was given does not work. I've reached out to customer service 4 separate times, and haven't heard anything back. Now the phone case is saying that it has been delivered, and I haven't received anything. I am disputing the charges with my bank.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Eon.
I ordered a 17 Pro Max phone case for £40 and when it arrived it already had small dots/imperfections on the case. For that price, I would expect much better quality. On top of that, the silver part of the case has already started peeling off.
I contacted the company about this but have received no response for two weeks, which is extremely frustrating. Good customer service should include responding to customers when there is a clear issue with a product.
Overall, the quality of the case does not match the price and the lack of communication from the company has made the experience even worse.
I would not recommend purchasing from them unless they improve both their product quality and customer support.

I ordered a case for the 17 pro. In my cart is a case for 17 pro / max. Didn’t think anything of it. I waited over a month for my order to arrive and of course it is the 17 pro max size. I have sent multiple emails over the course of a month and no reply!!! Definitely do not buy from this company.

If you thought your order took time to came in the mail, I’m waiting for mine since *drumrolls* more than FIVE. DAMNED. MONTHS. Yes you heard me right, it’s been since the very beginning of August last year that I’ve ordered two items from them (writing this on the 13rd of February), which weren’t a phone nor an AirPods Max case but « lesser known » products so I’m wondering if that’s one of the reason why it never has been shipped, my theory is that they don’t even exist… but anyway. I’ve lost about 60€ so stupidly bc of those thieves that never bother to reply as everyone else says, even when you call them out publicly. Can’t file anything to dispute the transaction bc it’s too much effort for such little chances of success and I’m pretty sure now it’s too late. Oh and they remove (or hide) every single negative comment on Instagram. I hope they’ll run out of business soon so no one else will be scammed.

I placed my order on November 25th, and never heard anything from them in weeks, despite my multiple emails asking for updates.
Eventually on January 15th, I receive an automated email saying my order was dispatched. The courier tracking link says my order was delivered, but I in fact never receive anything.
And no one from their customer service has ever answered any of my emails asking for updates and/or refund.
Don't spend your money there, you will be scammed.

THIS COMPANY IS FAKE AND A SCAM.
I can confirm this is a scam company. I placed an order over a month ago and have been given ZERO details on it. I’ve connected the company multiple times on different platforms in which they’ve blatantly ignored every request. This is a warning to others to NOT order or purchase anything from this company as I was stupid enough to fall into their scam.
3 items ordered, only 1 arrived and no contact…
I ordered 3 items at the start of october and all i got was literally the CHEAPEST item of the 3 and 2 of them did not even come. I tried to reach out everywhere but all they do is ignore you and they delete EVERY. SINGLE. COMMENT. that is calling them out. I think they used to be legit so it‘s really really sad to see what has become of them. NEVER order from them, too bad they can‘t delete the real comments here

SCAM WARNING: Worst Service, Fake “Premium” Product, Zero Support
I placed my order on October 17th, and today is November 20th — more than a month later — and I still haven’t received my case. The estimated delivery time was 10–12 days, which is not even close to the reality.
For the first 2.5–3 weeks, the order wasn’t even shipped. When I contacted customer support to ask for an update or at least an estimated shipping date, I was simply ignored. No replies, no assistance, no explanation — nothing. This alone already shows a complete lack of customer service.
When the package was finally shipped, it was sent through a cheap third-party shipping company from China, even though the brand positions itself as a premium company. The tracking barely moves, and I still have no idea when (or if) I will receive my item.
I cannot comment on the product itself because I have not received it, but the service and logistics are absolutely unacceptable. Requesting a review from a customer who hasn’t even received the product yet feels almost insulting.
At this point, I believe I should at least receive some form of compensation for the massive delay and the lack of communication.
I do not recommend this experience to anyone.
24 November Update – After finally receiving the product
I finally received the case on November 22nd — more than a month after placing my order — and unfortunately, the experience has become even worse.
The product I received is defective and unusable.
The MagSafe ring is not attached at all. As soon as the case is put on the phone, the ring stays on the phone instead of the case. This is not a “premium product” — this is something worse than a €1 case from AliExpress.
The case also has rough, sharp plastic edges, visible manufacturing defects, and overall extremely poor build quality. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos on their website.
Since receiving the defective item, I have contacted the company again, and just like before, they ignore every message. No reply, no support, no solution, no return label, nothing.
To make matters worse, the return address they list is in Canada, while the product was shipped from China — clearly done to make returns difficult or impossible. According to EU consumer law, defective items must be returned at the seller’s expense, yet they refuse to provide a prepaid return label.
At this point, this company is operating like a scam service, taking money, sending poor-quality items, refusing communication, and making returns impossible. Their ratings are low for a reason.
I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to avoid this company entirely.
