Best experience ever ! I relocated from the US to the UK right in the midst of the pandemic, because of the timing of my move my relocation became quite difficult & very stressful.

I contacted Ms. Frankie Hand who from our initial contact to the follow up after delivery of my goods she was professional but at the same time personable and empathetic of my plight, she went above & beyond to assist me and she did far above my expectations, and saying thank you by no means expresses how I really feel.

The 2 young men that delivered my goods too me were also very personable & professional it was wonderful meeting them.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your relocation needs, you won't be sorry!!

They were true professionals from start to finish Frankie worked tirelessly to help and support where needed and her expertise was invaluable in helping me navigate the complicated repatriation process. I was really impressed with the level of service and communication and personal care taken to ensure I was happy with arrangements. Eurogroup assisted with my relocation from the West Coast of the USA to Berkshire UK. They were the appointed UK agent that the international shipping company I contracted with in the US used at the final destination location of my shipment. I didn't engage Eurogroup directly myself, however I certainly would do in the future if I ever needed to because the service they provided was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

The person I dealt with at Eurogroup was a lady called Frankie Hand. She first reached out to me a few days before my shipment was due into port in the UK. From that point to the day of delivery of my consignment, Frankie has consistently kept me informed, up-to-date and fully aware of the status of my shipment. I don't think there is anything she could have done to have made the process easier and there is nothing I can fault with the service she provided.

I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Eurogroup, and I appreciate the help and service Frankie gave me.

I used Eurogroup International Movers to relocate from the USA to the UK. Having moved internationally twice before and the headache I endured throughout it, I was not looking forward to our final move. I have to say I was blown away at the service we received. Frankie Hand dealt with our move with absolute professionalism and what a pleasure she was to deal with. She kept us in the loop from start to end always responding to our email queries the same day (often within a half hour) and helped make our move smooth and stress-free. Words cannot express how happy we were with her level of customer care. Should I ever need to move internationally again, I would 100% use Eurogroup International and I would be more than happy to recommend their service to anyone else looking to make such a move. Excellent service from start to finish. Updated and informed at every step of the way even during the COVID 19 pandemic. All staff who I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that I had a smooth experience with my shipment. Frankie Hand was particularly helpful at the UK end. The company were responsible for the final stage of our US to UK shipping. We had excellent communication from the coordinator Frankie and efficient service from the crew on the day of delivery. Would highly recommend their services.

They are experienced, polite, efficient, on time and fast.
Price wise, they were amongst the cheap ones. So in combination with their impeccable service my value for money was high and they also exceeded my expectations.
The point person (Frankie Hand) was updating me on a weekly basis which was nice and very thoughtful. It showed that they haven't forgotten about you and that they're monitoring our shipment. During the Covid-19 circumstances this was very nice. I truly had peace of mind. Typically you don't get any when you are relocating.
I recommend them 100%.
If ever move again (hopefully not) they will be my number one choice.
