Very dissapointed , ordered a rocking horse for granddaughters first birthday, arrived after a few weeks with all the fixings, screws and washers rusted and broken, sent photo, had a quick response saying they would replace them , still waiting a week later thus missing a moment to give my granddaughter a completed rocking horse she can use on her actual birthday

I contacted this company before placing my order specifically to check whether what I wanted was possible, as I wanted to avoid any issues with the order. I was reassured that it was possible and that a note would be added to my order.

I then paid a significant amount extra to use their express service, as this was intended as a 60th birthday present and I needed it to arrive promptly.

Unfortunately, when the order arrived, it was wrong – exactly as I had been concerned it might be. I contacted the company by email to explain the issue, as there is no phone number available to speak to someone directly. I explained the issue but was asked - What is the issue?

I have since sent several follow-up emails clearly explaining the problem and have now heard nothing back for a couple of days.

I am extremely disappointed. I went out of my way to contact the company beforehand, was reassured that my request could be accommodated, paid extra for express delivery, and yet the order still arrived incorrectly. To then receive virtually no customer service or response when trying to resolve the issue is incredibly frustrating.

The product was absolutely lovely and the personalisation was done so quickly and looked perfect. It made the perfect gift!

Awesome service - placed my order then decided I’d like to order more products- wasn’t confident I’d receive a response and anticipated my email request sitting in an inbox for days. However - super fast response with a personal call. I was able to add to my order, saving additional postage and my request was fulfilled immediately. Great service & communication in a world where we often are left hanging - Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
