Paul was amazing! From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. As a first time buyer he took the time to explain everything, sometimes multiple times and he was so patient with me! Quick to respond and his help and guidance was invaluable!
His access and knowledge to the market of mortgage lenders enabled us to get a 95% mortgage weeks ahead of the government scheme which in turn meant we purchased our home quickly, in time for the stamp duty holiday and before the prices soared!
We still got the most competitive rate and he made sure our mortgage suited us and our needs as best as possible.. he also sourced us a great deal on life insurance and organised the trust paperwork etc for us. Paul is a magician!

We had an already difficult case that was made more tricky due to Covid. Paul got us an offer and pushed it through with a tight deadline despite the lender being hard to deal with.

Paul went above and beyond to facilitate me getting a mortgage offer during the summer and autumn of 2020. Because of the pandemic, and possibly because I'm self-employed, my offer was slow to be processed – Paul kept me updated every step of the way and was very clear about what I could expect. I was incredibly happy to get the offer and can't wait to get into my new home. I would recommend Paul as an independent over any other mortgage broker (I spoke to 5 others). His genuine care and attention to detail were second-to-none.
