After hearing so many horror stories about cowboy builders in London, I was really nervous about starting a kitchen renovation and full flat decoration. The Page made the whole process so much easier. I needed plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work done, and the quotes were all within budget, no nasty surprises.

What made the biggest difference was knowing everyone I was dealing with had been vetted. It's a relief to have The Page working behind the scenes to make sure everything stays above board.

I'd absolutely use The Page again for any future work on my flat. Would recommend to anyone in London who's put off by how hard it is to find contractors you can actually trust.

I’m currently doing some house renovations with help from The page, and while I’m still mid-process I have to say my experience so far has been create. Thomas put me in touch with a fabulous architect and organised meetings with 3 different contractors to discuss the work I wanted to have done. Super friendly and informative, a life saver for someone like myself who has never done any renovations before and didn’t know where to start.

Working with The Page has been a great experience from start to finish. What stood out most was how involved they stayed throughout the whole project — they didn't just hand things over and disappear, they were engaged at every stage and kept us updated the whole way through.

I was very happy with my experience using The Page for the renovation of my bathroom. Olly from The Page arranged for me to get two quotes for the work and we went with one of them, and it was absolutely the right decision. The builder (Oleg) that the building company sent was diligent and polite, and the new bathroom looks great. Given that one of the biggest headaches in getting work done is sourcing good builders I was happy that The Page was able to smooth that process considerably.

Our pager, Ritvan, was exceptional. He has an incredible eye for detail and made absolutely certain everything was perfect, which was important given how particular we are. Beyond the quality of work, he was incredibly tidy, clean, respectful and considerate in our space, something we really appreciated.

What impressed us most was knowing Olly and the team were there as a reliable safety net if we ever needed them. But honestly, everything ran smoothly and professionally from start to finish.

A special mention to Celia from their marketing team, who captured content and photos at our house. She brought wonderful energy and was a brilliant representation of the company.

Going through the tendering and building process can certainly feel like a minefield, especially when you hear so many horror stories along the way. From the very beginning, Tom and the team have been incredibly knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, easy to work with.

They have been there for us at every step, guiding and handholding us through the entire process from start to finish. Regular check-ins, clear advice and a detailed schedule of works have given us real peace of mind and, ultimately, will undoubtedly save us money throughout the build.

I was very impressed by the dedication of Oli at the page . The builders did a very good job overall but they rushed the finishing, it looks messy and unpolished. I was extremely upset but Oli at the page took control of the situation and made sure I was happy. Mistake can be made but what makes the difference between a 5 stars service and any other ones is how you deal with it . Thank you Oli at the page for your professionalism.

We have done two projects and both have been excellent. The people they are able to find to do the work are great at what they do, and delivery excellent results while we being lovely to work with and have in the house. The Page team are also so helpful and reassuring and having Ollie as part of our comms with the build team was really helpful. Will be using them again in the future for sure and would highly recommend them!

Great experience finding a builder through The Page. From the initial call to the signing of the contract, The Page makes finding a contractor a much easier, less complicated and less daunting process. They go through your plans in details, attend the home visits with the builders, make sure the builders understand your vision, then finally create a very detailed comparative quote. I'm looking forward to the next steps of the project with them.

Finding the Page, Thomas, Olly, Camile, and Celia was a godsend. After months of looking, reviewing, and looking again, I found them. A company that would help you match you & your budget to builders, designers, whatever your renovation needs. Given enough information on the companies to do my due diligence. No pressure!

The Page have been fantastic from start to finish. Thomas was extremely helpful during our initial conversations and also once I’d received the quotes in talking through them with me and making sense of them. A WhatsApp group was set up for three way comms with myself, the builder and the page and this was reassuring to have in case needed - however we didn’t as our builder Jay was brilliant and very responsive. We will definitely use the page again in the future when the need arrises.

Really happy with the experience - above all, having recommendations on contractors was huge for us - we loved our vendor and wouldn't have found them with The Page. Then having a second set of eyes on quotes was the icing on the cake.

We had a scope of works document prepared by The Page which was super helpful to get comparable quotes from builders. The details in the document ensured we received like for like quotes for our fairly large project. We did end up going with a builder from The Page (they matched us with 3 builders) but the document was still useful because it meant we could get other quotes to test market rates. We're at the start of our renovation project so can't comment on the project itself yet. The builder matching service with The Page was great, we met them all on site and were able to view a completed project from the builder we liked. The WhatsApp group chat we have with Thomas from The Page has been instrumental in the process. Would recommend using them for the scope of works document and matching process (no obligation to go with their builders).

The page helped us find the right builder for our kitchen renovation after so many pulled out or disappeared because of the particularity of the job. But they didn't stop there, they checked in regularly along the way to make sure everything was on track and they gave us precious advice each time we needed it.
