My Worst Experience with The5ers & BlackArrow
I never expected that after putting in so much time, effort, and money into passing a funded challenge, I would end up trying to prove that I did not place trades that I dispute.
On 13 July, my $150,000 funded account was breached because of trades that I do not believe I placed. I contacted support immediately and asked for a proper technical investigation. Instead of receiving clear technical evidence, I received contradictory explanations.
First, I was told the disputed trade was a Limit Order. Later, I was told that I manually pressed SUBMIT. If their position is that I placed a Limit Order, then I want to make one thing very clear: throughout my entire trading career, I have never intentionally traded using Limit Orders. I only place market orders. If a pending limit order had been created by me, I would expect to have seen it on my chart or in my pending orders.
Another point that makes this even more confusing is that I took one trade, it reached my Take Profit, and I then went to sleep. When I woke up, I found that my funded account had been breached. This is why I disputed the activity and asked for a detailed technical explanation.
For four days, I have spent my time writing emails, providing screenshots, explaining the same situation repeatedly, and waiting for responses. This has cost me time, energy, and money. Trading is already mentally challenging, and passing a funded challenge takes discipline and consistency. A trader should not have to spend days trying to obtain a clear, evidence-based explanation.
I also noticed that other traders have raised similar concerns, including a review by Surender Pawar describing issues involving BlackArrow. Seeing similar experiences made me feel that my concerns deserved careful attention rather than generic responses.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for transparency, a fair investigation, and the technical evidence that supports the conclusions being made about my account.

Worst trading platform made only to…
Worst trading platform made only to loot traders. It's black arrow app is also very disgusting. If u try to place an order in simulate account it get placed in real account too without your acknowledgment and that's not the only worst part, failed orders due to apps internal server error also get punched in the background without u even notice. It only meant to make u fail challenges and fill their pockets

We take technical reports seriously, especially when a trader believes an order was not handled as expected or that there was a discrepancy between environments.
To clarify, trading activity is reviewed based on server-side records, account logs, and platform data. Orders are executed according to the selected account environment, market conditions, and platform configuration at the time. If a technical issue is reported, our team reviews the available data internally and provides clarification or corrective action where applicable.
In your case, the matter was reviewed and a goodwill resolution was provided to your account to support you moving forward. We also followed up with you directly regarding this resolution.

I have bought a 150k futures account, passed it and made a profit of 6800. Then I requested a withdrawal of 4500 and It got failed under 2 mins of requesting. Is this a scam firm ?

Support team is unable to support
The trades taken on black Arrow futures were not not correctly added to the dashboard. The support team was unable to help and mentioned they have escalated it to their senior team, which never responds back.
