Made a purchase yesterday and still haven’t received nothing. Don’t make no sense. Says 24/7 support but it’s always says busy and even after no response regarding complaint

I did get the account at first, but it was all great until I was signed out and got an email saying the email for the PSN was changed, when I tried contacting customer support they didn't give me full answers at all. I would definitely recommend a website like Levellifters.com or eldorado.gg instead. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!
