Here’s the response I got from Aquinas
SO, YOU’re CLAIMING NOT TO HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE DEFAULTS? You sure knew about Atlas didn’t you? Did you not make me pay Atlas $20,000.00? Are you honestly claiming not to know about the defaults? We’re waiting for your attorneys info, if he’s a smart attorney he’ll tell you to stay quite.
Here’s the response I got from Aquinas. Greg now is trying to be the victim here. Greg was well aware of the defaults I had. I wonder how much kickback he got from Atlas, John(Greg) Here’s a question for you, why did you/your company charge me a fee prior to getting funded? I paid Aquinas (Gregory) several thousands dollars, which I now know it wasn’t legal. Gregory is a broker, not a lender. Aquinas isn’t allowed to double dip. Gregory, let me know if you want me to share your text messages and emails showing the facts. You are a thief and I’ll prove it in court.

Unfortunately sir, the key to the truth here. Is you were found out to have 5 defaults, all in the same year that was discovered at our due diligence stage. When you default, that does not remove your from your obligations. We declined you at funding, when discovering this. It is also discovered that three out of your five defaults, were done right out the gate. Where you took the funding and went into default right away. We run a good company here. I would suggest moving on Ray, you were declined by our company over 12 months ago.
There’s over 400 reviews! If any of you were asked to write a check to Aquinas and was asked to send him a screenshot of the check, you maybe entitled to compensation. Please report it to the Federal triad commission. FTC
