Lots of talk and no action. I paid to get a logo and graphics design done and had to design my own due to the designer repeatedly not getting it right and then blaming the client for their ineptitude.

I have asked for this refund and no word yet.

Also, they keep promising updates and never relaying information. I am very frustrated because my wba should have already been done and handed over to me and my designer to go live. It's been 1 year !!!
I have lost a lot of money waiting for them to complete something so simple. I do not recommend.

UPDATE: this is an off-shore company posing as a Texas business. They use fake American names to sound local. They have take $12,750 and have not handed over 1 file. It's now been 18 months for a simple pwa. What I have seen in demo's is substandard work. I paid $2000 for their graphics designer and it was so bad, I did all the work myself. What they rendered is blurry, out of focus, and I even cut the contracted work to half of the original plan to speed things up. They make everything the clients fault. They use ransome and stalling techniques along with gaslighting and fake empathy to make you feel like your in the right place. They are using a shell company in Austin Texas.
How they rip you off is keep asking for your login credentials. ( to get your banking info ),I only gave them the Developer role login on 4 different sites: DNS, Stripe, AWS, and GitHub. They have not logged in one single time to do any backend work.

Very bad company takes your money and does not provide service.

bombarding me with multiple texts per day and continue to harass me via email to hire you is bad for business. Find a better way to close deals with customers.

This is such a great team. Always uplifting and very encouraging. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Outstanding company!! I am in the medical field and not tech savvy what so ever, So when I say I needed some hand holding through this process I am not joking!! Ameen and The Apptitude have been really amazing through the process of building my app!! Ameen is always very patient, quick with responses and willing to answer all of my questions. The team has stayed on track with the timeline quoted when we started this process in Aug of 2023 and I am very happy with the design!! We are now starting to discuss marketing options and it is getting very exciting!! The Apptitude is a one stop shop offering a team for every stage of development and launch!! The aptitude is a great place to have your website or app built at they are amazing and Ameen and Eric are also awesome they help you if your not sure of something or even if you don’t like the content Ameen will do his best to have it changed
