I placed my order for 2 items on 30 April and received the first item on 1 June still have not received the second item (it is 4 June).
Despite submitting 2 enquiries I have not received any response regarding the second item - either as to where it is or whether I will receive a replacement item.

I ordered an SD card from Catch at a price which appeared too good to be true and it usually is. Got nothing, 2 months later I followed up and they apologised, same story about it being lost in transit and offered to send out another one. 5 of the same back and forth emails with the same type responses took place.

Have reported them. Do not use them.

still awaiting a sd card from these people. empty promises, dont buy.

they dodgey auspost number says its been delivered, yet to recieved another proper one. to alice springs. i dont live in alice springs....

I purchased an item from ebay. The order sent was incomplete and damaged. Apparently a replacement order was sent which I never received. I then asked for a refund which apparently was processed. One month later I am still waiting for my refund. I spoke with ebay today and they told me they informed this seller there was an issue with my refund and THIS COMPANY DID NOTHING! I am still waiting for my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

They took the money and first sent me an item that was not at all what I ordered. Then, the replacement never arrived, it's been over a month now. Instead, I received emails like "don't worry, we've re-sent it" and lots of smileys. Don't buy from them.

A large envelope was sent to my address, inside strange documents from India, I have googled names etc, NOT HAPPY SCAM, you have my postal address and who knows what else, I do not know if I’ve even bought through this company on eBay, sort this out or I will hand over the documents to my local police

SCAM. Scam. Scam. No delivery. No response.

Wish I had seen this review site before ordering. Sham company, do not trust! Creates a tracking # for your order but never sends, no response to chats or emails. Thankfully got my money back through visa dispute.

Fake company do not buy from them. No item received no one to contact. Online chat response automatic then had one response saying they would refund. Do not buy from here.

Purchased on their eBay on november 11. didnt arrive, opened an item not receive case, and i was dumb enough to believe in them to close the case. now that the item still did not arrive, and now i cant do anything about it on eBay. i will report this to business bureau of Australia !

NEVER EVER order from them. I placed an order and 30 days later I still do not have it. I was meant to be sent a replacement and it still has not arrived.

Overall decent experience, they offer a lot of different lengths of cable cords which is good.

Had a fairly large purchase. Customer service updated me throughout the process and ensure the item arrived safely. Upon arrival, followed up to make sure everything was in the described condition. Was surprised at the length of care they went. Would buy from them again.

do not buy from their ebay store ! ordered on november 10th, still have not receive till today. eBay should not let them sell.

It's been two weeks since I've ordered and still hasn't been sent/scanned at the post.

I guess I can't get my order，The post office track number given by the system is an unrecognized number

A product listed as "In Stock" has still not arrived after 2 weeks. Tracking number provided was invalid on the Australia Post website and attempts to contact via the two different web chats and email have gone unanswered.
Very dissatisfied, would highly discourage using this site - it would have been faster to purchase internationally.

They received the pay and did not even send the delivery, and there was no reply for more than a week when I inquired by e-mail After leaving a review, he sent me the product and asked me to change the review Because I haven't replied to that, the delivery is still delayed fall processing They gave me a really great experience
