They were amazing. The installer Tyler Lentini worked really fast. He was amazing and cleaned after himself even when I asked him not to because I wanted to do it. He was respectful and very funny. Would recommend

The team from start to finish has been great. We really enjoy the finished tub and walls. Bringing an old house back to life.

Our experience with The Bath Authority was nothing less than perfection! Cody and Ethan were extremely professional, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They tore out the old shower, ran new plumbing, waterproofed everything, and installed the new shower in under 7 hours! It was honestly incredible! I will recommend this company to everyone I know! And the best part…The end result is stunning!

Easy process, quick installation, and professional workers! It's been a few days with a few uses of our new shower/tub and we are very happy! (Our installers were Nick and Hector!)

John made the process of choosing Color, Design, Fixtures effortless. Dave, Kenny completed the install in 1 day. Their workmanship, attention to detail and housekeeping was exceptional. Customer Service was courteous, pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend The Bath Authority.

I wish that I would have done this years ago. The installers were polite, professional and they did their best to keep my house as clean as possible during the whole process.

What a great company. I had them replace a walk in shower. They did a fantastic job. Looks amazing. Left the area spotless. Best part was the workers were friendly and answered all my questions about the install. Customer service department was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to redo my other bathroom.

Andre the manager is very respectful, accommodating, and hires quality employees. The salesman, Sam, is very respectful, accommodating, and gave me the best deal possible. The two gentlemen doing the installation, Tom and Joe, are as good as it gets. They are very respectful and skilled, they take the time to answer all questions, they are very diligent with the work that they do, and they are very careful to not leave a mess. I highly recommend them.

We had our outdated shower replaced by this company. The entire process, from sale estimate to installation, went smoothly. our installer Brodie was courteous, professional, and efficient. We are satisfied.

Zach Taylor and his helper from The Bath Authority completed our new walk-in shower in ONE day and it's absolutely beautiful.

When they left it was like nobody was ever there and spotless. Zach's communication throughout the work was outstanding, pre-job, during and post job.

The workmanship and quality of the materials are even better than we expected.

Big thank you to Zach and The Bath Authority for giving us the bathroom of our dreams and for making the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. Highly professional staff in all regards.

Great decision.
I am very pleased with my decision to use The Bath Authority to replace my jacuzzi tub. The salesperson offered many choices along with pics and samples. Their financing options are awesome. I chose the 0% for 24 months with my first payment not until October.
Alex, the installer was awesome. He was polite, friendly, hard working, and did the entire job himself. I am so pleased with the results and happy that I decided to do this.
Side note: If you call and I don’t answer I probably will be soaking in my new tub!

From beginning to end working with Bath Authority was great. Everyone I spoke with was professional, responsive and straightforward. Install was a breeze, one day to remove my old tub and surround and install a new tub, shower walls, etc.! Dave and Kenny were clean, efficient and professional on install. The final product transformed my bathroom, and is leagues above a prefab surround or overlay in terms of quality and cost benefit. I'm very glad I went with Bath Authority for this project, and would absolutely recommend.
