Fast delivery & great customer service
My order of two cases of beer arrived promptly and was well packaged overall. Unfortunately, one of the cases appeared to have been damaged before dispatch, with a couple of cans having already split open at some stage. I contacted Beer Town and they responded immediately, issuing a refund for the damaged cans without any fuss. Communication was excellent throughout and delivery was very quick. My only slight criticism is that the beer has a best-before date of July, which is fairly close considering it was delivered in May, although I’m sure it will all be enjoyed well before then.

Great choice of products at reasonable prices. Been using them for a few years now. Service been a bit slow on the latest delivery so 1 star off as room for improvement.

My beer delivery arrived within 24 hours!
Chang beer is not easy to find in the UK, but available at a competitive price from beertown.
The delivery company messaged me before delivery giving me estimated delivery time. The beer arrived within the 2 hour slot.
I will definitely use beertown again

It has been delivered yet and the courier company won’t arrange redelivery. They have said that Beertown need to do it but I can’t get a response from Beertown to any of my emails

The beer is amazing; so many flavours coming through. It is medium/light but also very full. a complicated delicious taste.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service - I have ordered from them multiple times and it gets worse every time.
They don’t acknowledge emails and their delivery partner is a complete joke
