Well when I found a flight that was £535 on your web site I was happy. Then a day later the guy who phone me up,to tell me it’s not available now. Then told me there a flight with Gulf air for £744. I was not happy cause I had to find another £209. So I won’t be coming back for my Philippine ticket. I don’t like being messed about. But the guy who I spoke to named Peter was good.

I had a mix-up with my ticket and baggage at booking, but customer service quickly solved the problem and left me completely satisfied

First it looks liked too good to be true the price we were offered so went for it but a little misunderstanding was created between us due to age of a child.and booked fare couldn't confirmed.
And will get full refund within 2 days.
Customer service was excellent 10 star since I purchased it.specially Zoya I spoke with on the day and today.

I have booked two flights tickets with them on the website, and then the agent told only only ticket available, so the manager Mark, have been kindly assisting me with more options with dates and flights to fit my require, very patient and very professional service, at the end I have booked two tickets with the new date which made the booking process very easy.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

They are absolute scammers. I purchased 4 flight tickets and they completely failed to provide the tickets or any legitimate booking confirmations.

When I realized this was a bait-and-switch operation and demanded a full refund, they flat-out denied it and gave me the runaround.

I have already been forced to contact my bank's fraud department to initiate a payment chargeback and had my credit card completely cancelled to stop them from making unauthorized charges.

Please stay far away from this site. I am reporting them to Trustpilot and consumer protection agencies to make sure no one else gets scammed by them!
