Big assembly job.

We are very pleased with the dogs crate. It's a big assembly job - took 2 of us 4 hours to put together, but the instructions are clear so as long as you are careful it's not completely daunting, even for 2 reluctant D-i -Y'ers!

Very happy with purchase

Ordered large for my Border Collie, perfect size. Every component expanded once released from packaging & my dog is very comfortable on it. Very pleased.

Nice product and fab customer service

Ordered the medium bed for Oscar my 14 year old cocker. When it arrived in a very small box I was doubtful the various components would inflate. However, after chatting online with Chloe re my concerns I'm happy to say they inflated beautifully and it was then easy to assemble. Oscar seems to love it and customer service was 10/10!!! Happy dog and dog mum!!

Good base but…

The bolster pieces have not inflated even though we left them for over 72 hrs. The bed is also too small for my extra large dog , even though we measured the size we wanted we didn’t realise that the measurements included the bolster sides . I am totally disappointed

Ordered the XXL orthopaedic dog bed

Ordered the XXL orthopaedic dog bed. Arrived quickly and is exactly as described. I let the foam expand for the 72hours to fully reach proper size and air out. Was easy to put together. I had ordered it for my 64kg Irish Wolfhound who is becoming a wee bit stiff as she will be 9 this year and she seems to have taken to the bed well and my other dog, a small terrier, also seems to love it. I think my only slight criticism would be the bolster edges could maybe do with a bit more foam in them. It all seems well made with decent zips and good strong fabric.

Excellent product & service

The premium orthopedic bed we bought our dog is absolutely fantastic, the service very attentive when we asked questions.
This company would put many bigger in their place.

A really lovely dog bed for my 14 year…

A really lovely dog bed for my 14 year old "pup". He must think it's comfy because once he's settled in there he's soon out like a light and snoring for England. Wasn't sure of the claims that the bed had calming qualities but I'm a believer now! Thank you so much for the competitive price too.
